Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The pretty blonde lady was very kind and bubbly. My son and I love the swirl I've custard, it's the creamiest we've ever had. we'll definitely be back!

I went to ritas today and ordered a large vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles. The young lady kept trying to give me a vanilla ice cream without the sprinkles I had to tell her twice and she put a little bit of ice cream on the cone. I told the young lady I ordered a large. Once she gave it to me I paid and left. For some reason the color of the ice cream did not look right but I tried it any way and spit it out. It was horrible when I called them the girl who answered the phone hung up on me and I called back again and told her about the ice cream and all.she said was have a nice day. I will not be returning here I work to hard for money to give it to a bunch of teenagers who are playing with people food. Mind you I come here all the time but never again. The ice was 7 + dollars down the drain SMH

Casey was the best!!! Every time I come to this location, she just happens to be working and greets me with a big smile and charisma! Very thankful for her and her amazing customer service.

Great location although parking tricky. Customer service was good. Selections ample.

Rita’s is always a treat! This location is on a busy road so there isn’t much foot traffic, which usually means no line! There is a small parking lot, additional parking on the side street, and a couple benches to sit and watch the cars as you enjoy!Pictured is the limited time 5 layer Gelati

Rarely ever a line so can get a water ice snd leave really quick. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of flavors in stock and also some sugar free options as well. Place is clean as well as the parking lot. Good place for a quick stop for dessert

I’ve been disappointed that last couple times I’ve been to this location. When I spend $6+ on a large custard with a topping I expect that the cup is more than half full.I said to the person at the window that there wasn’t as much custard as there should have been and her response was that the person that made it was new and didn’t even offer to fix the issue.I will no longer be giving them my business. I will spend my hard earned money at the Rita’s on York Road in Willow Grove.
