Second visit food mid, atmosphere good , DRINKS HORRIBLE. Manager that was present on 10/18/24 at the front BAR LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was beyond rude and pushy. The drinks that were ordered were not of our liking for taste. It was supposed to be of a particular flavor but the taste was nothing near the flavor requested (up charge for premium) was added might I add . After making the manager /bartender aware he agreed to replace one of the drinks without charge but would not add the premium liquor ($18) . Not the best option but we agreed and paid for the drink. After sitting and chatting a bit longer we decided to leave. I had to go the restroom and my finance waited . While I was inside of the restroom he was rudely and aggressively approached by the manager/bartender. At that time he accused us of not paying for the second drink that was supposed to be on the house without the premium liquor. When I excited the restroom my finance was nervous and I asked what the problem was ? . He stated everything mentioned above and yes he paid!!!!!! I was highly upset and requested to speak with a manager to the host. That is when we learned the bartender was the manager . He ignored me several times when I tried to address and or rectify the situation . My recommendation go during happy hour , stick with the classic , and don’t request premium bc they will charge $18 for a margarita. Oh and if it is not made correctly they WILL NOT REPLACE AND IF THEY DO STILL CHARGE YOU ! They honestly thought someone would skip out on a drink that we thought was paid for and the other one on the house … HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE …

Good food, plentiful, good ambiance can be loud when crowded though
The service was much better, now that they already include a tip in your account, the low quality service, and the worst is included as a service charge, they should be honest and explain to customers that the tip is already included, on the contrary it still appears on the bill recommended tip. I have always visited that place but yesterday the service was terrible and even with tip included. I hope the owner reconsiders about this because he will lose many customers.
