I had a delicious cheesesteak here the other day. The meat was top quality shaved ribeye and the roll was fresh and crusty. I have a small bone to pick. This store does not have a soda fountain or even an ice maker, so if you dine in you can't enjoy an ice cold Coke (or your beverage of choice) with your steak sandwich. Most of their competitors and for some odd reason the Richboro and Newtown locations have soda fountains, but this location does not, and it's a shame.

Steak and Hoagie factory is my go-to for lunch if we're working in the area. Food is always consistent and comes out quickly. Staff is very friendly.
I walked in and walked out… not a single customer, it’s dinner time, and the cashier is half asleep in the booth..? Every employee looks dead.. staring at me hard body… the cashier sees me after i walked in, gets up and goes to the cash register where she has her hands in her head can’t even keep her head up.. eyes were so droopy.. plus place has a weird smell.. and fifteen ollaz for a cheesesteak..? Your cashier cant even look alive, all the staff is lookin at me like surprised to see a customer…. Starin at me 😳 … nah pass not gunna risk spending fifteen ollaz. Didnt even place the order. Much better places for a cheesesteak where my business would be appreciated

I live in Texas and have to put up with mall steak sandwiches, so when I come to Philly I always look for a good steak. This one was excellent. It was made exactly how I had asked, had plenty of meat in the sandwich, and tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised to see tater tots offered as a side. And they were also just right. Golden brown and just perfectly crisped. And the order was enough for more than one person to eat, I was alone and could not finish it. I will be back when I come to Philly again.
