The place was nice and clean but the food was not. I saw a bug CRAWLING out of my bowl and on top of that receive a crab leg from an unfinished bowl from a previous customer. And let’s not get started on customer service after this the waiter made many excuses for the bad, cold , and old food. Days later my family and I were all sick and when I called they had the nerve to say there was nothing they could do. This is the third time I have been here and every time is bad!!

It's it the same. My food really wasn't that good. It's not the same from the first time they open. My corn and potatoes was hard and my crab legs were mushy. I didn't like it at all. The bartender was the only service that was great.

I asked if there was room for two people in fluent English and they said they don’t understand me And after that I explained more thoroughly if they were busy or not because I didn’t want to drive 30 minutes and wait in line, even after my explanation they said they don’t understand me and hung up on my face We’re living in USA and they don’t understand fluent English ))) Worst customer service ever!!!!
I love this place. It is a place I will go back to because I need to get a crab boil. The vibe was great, they let you airdrop your music, and we were all singing together. This was all happening during happy hour before an Eagles game. The drinks offered for happy hour were great, and the appetizers were delicious and shareable. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because a couple of kids were running around near the bar area. It was a little unnerving.

The food was great! It had good seasoning and flavor, and the portion was generous for the price ticket. I got snow crab legs with sausage and shrimp, my gf got snow crab legs along with the soup gumbo
The service wasn't the worst I've ever had, but it did leave some elements to be desired.
Our waiter didn't greet our table for drinks until almost 15 minutes after we were seated. The soup app was brought out at the same time as the meal, we were never offered refills on the beverages, and after we had finished dinner, there was an additional 20-minute wait to receive the check.
Overall, great meal, great restaurant, friendly staff. Would deff recommend and will eat again.
