We went on a Sunday for lunch. The place was packed. You would think that the service would be slow but just the opposite..We ordered from the menu and were served in less than a half hour from being seated. The food was good . They also had a bunch set up that looked inviting. We will be going back again..

We were seated at a picture window looking over a duck pond. Service was attentive. Had the Grilled Portabella app, which was wonderful. Also had shrimp tacos and liver and onions. All the food was very good except the green beans were overcooked. Would definitely return when in the area.

We stopped in for supper after playing golf at Donegal Highlands which is right across the road. Food was great, especially with the soup and salad bar. We even had dessert which was especially good.
The soup and salad bar was PHENOMENAL and to add it to a sandwich for an extra $5 is a tremendous deal. The staff was very friendly, especially our server, who was very attentive. But the cheese steak (I think they call it a bear steak) was basically a fatty burger patty and not steak, and the bun was definitely not toasted. They pair them with fresh cut fries, which never stay fresh longer than 3 minutes and I could tell ours were precooked and sat in some type of warming situation. The dessert was tasty and seemed homemade. Again, the soup and salad bar is phenomenal.

Really good home style food. The servers are so wonderful. They are very attentive and friendly. It is a pleasure to go there . Restrooms as well as the restaurant are clean. It is casual and the atmosphere reminds me of family owned restaurants we went to on vacations. Last but not least, my favorites are the huge piece of cod, the amazing hot roast beef sandwich with real mashed potatoes and gravy, and be sure to get the fudge filled cheese cake, Coconut cream pie. All homemade and sooo yum!
