I am an avid dry wine drinker. A decent selection of dry wines tend to be hard to find at PA wineries, especially ones that are done well. Stone Villa not only had an extensive list of dry wines, but it was easy to tell that time went into making sure each one was of the best quality. First time here had an awesome experience. Tasting is free. You will learn a lot about everything you are tasting. The grounds are beautiful and was the highlight. We were winery hopping and got here early but well before crowds and loved the peace and quiet. If you’ve never been, it’s worth going out of your way.
This weekend celebrates the arrival of the very popular, semi-sweet blush wine, Christmas Rose, along with a new Cabernet Sauvignon Unfiltered. In addition, enjoy a wonderous sampling and a good explanation of all their wines at the Complimentary Tasting Bar, which we always enjoy!
