We love coming to Nonna Rosa. The owners and staff make us feel like family, and we like to look at them as family too. The food is always wonderful. we always have some to take home, so we can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere for more than just the night we are there.

2024 UPDATE: We are weekly regulars at Nonna now and it very much reminds us of the trattorias we adore in Italy. We live right around the corner and I love being able to pick up a pound of their home made pasta instead of rolling my own after a long day at work. And the while I can make pretty killer vodka sauce, I still can't quite rival theirs. *chef's kiss*

Amazing food here - it's one of our favorite dining spots. There aren't many traditional Italian options around Lancaster County that put the effort into "from scratch" cooking that Nonna Rosa does. Happy we have this option.

Hunter our waiter was very nice, made sure everything was good, it was my granddaughters birthday dinner and he brought her dessert with a candle, made her day! Food was delicious!!

Service was great. Friendly, timely and appropriately attentive. My wife and I both had gnocchi with chicken. The gnocchi and sauce were very tasty, and the chicken was moist and tender. I had a piece of the chocolate cake for dessert and it tasted good but was a bit on the dry side. We both also had gelato and enjoyed it very much. We will be back!

Excellent restaurant with homemade pasta. Great dinner rolls made from pizza dough. Nice Caesar salad. Great calamari. Nice looking desserts.

Food was just average. I got the bolognese and someone needs to tell the cook that bolognese sauce has meat in it. My dish had pieces of ground beef lightly scattered in it.
Waitress seemed in a hurry to get us out.
Also they have an up charge for extra plates that they wait to let you know on the bill. That is a bush move, very dishonest.
Plenty other better Italian restaurant in the area.

We're new to the area, about a 30 minute drive. Our neighbors were ranting & raving about this place, so we gave it a try since it was my husband's birthday. I was so disappointed & disgusted with the chicken parm. My mouth dropped when I saw it was 2 chicken patties. The spaghetti was a little thick & the sauce wasn't bad. His chicken marsala was blah. One thing about Lancaster Cty. there's not a good Italian place that fits our needs especially when they serve chicken patties, not chicken. Lesson learned. WE will NEVER be back & for $81.00 NOT worth the price.qqqqqqqq

I don't usually crave Italian food but after dinning at Nonna Rosa that has definitely changed! Amazing food, service and loved the atmosphere! I had the chicken carbonara and my wife had the rigatoni with vodka sauce, both were incredible in both taste and portion size!

Disappointing. We were looking for a good Italian place, but our food was bland and pricy (eg, $24 for chicken marsala) for a casual restaurant. We're a one-and-done on this one.

The food was wonderful and I'd definitely return just for that reason alone.
I just wish our service was a bit better and I never got a refill on my water.
We went when they had live music playing, which would have been nice, except it was very loud.
It was also very cold inside where we sat. I was shaking I was so cold.
