Have Been here 50+ times in the past 10 years. Food is hot and fresh 95% of the time in my experience. Dining in, just had my food brought to my table and the person who delivered it was very nice, asked if I needed anything, and had a smile on her face. All of the food is fresh. A++
If you like cold food, this is your place. Only time you get hot food is during the lunch or dinner rush, then, if you use the drive through, you may have a wait depending on your order. Staff is friendly, and obviously the food warmers get a workout.
The lady at the window where I pay is a gem and if she's never not there to tell me 'hello-ok-see-you-later-goodbye' in rapid succession I dont know if could go anymore. She's always smiling and is very courteous!
