I’ve been buying cakes from Carol’s Cakes the last 2 years or so and they are always amazing! I call with some half baked ideas for a cake, then in a couple days I go and pick up some amazing cake that tastes delicious! I bought a spilled coffee cake for a friend and they said “that was hands down the greatest cake that I have ever seen AND it tasted amazing!” And “omg, that is soooooo cute and was so great! I hate cakes!”.
Double bonus, the cookies are also killer!

The cake I ordered was not what I expected it was not worth $170 all though the cake was beautiful the taste and the texture was very nasty and it was really dry it tasted like licorice. I wish she would have told me it was not normal batter I will not be ordering from here again the premade cake I bought from Walmart was a lot better then the one I purchased from here and that one was only $20

Carol’s Cakes was the only bakery that would create a dessert that could accommodate all of the allergies of our guests. The cupcakes were perfect in appearance and the guests raved about them. They were wonderful in customer service and the bakery smells heavenly.

Lauren did a MAGNIFICENT job bringing my vision for an Alice in Wonderland cake to life! Not only was it beautiful - it tasted incredible.The true "icing on top of the cake" was when my cake went flying in the car on our way home... I tried to fix it, but it was beyond my repair. In a panic, I called the bakery (just before closing), and Lauren offered to stay, to bring our cake back to life. It was an absolute miracle! We are so grateful to have this gem of a bakery in our backyard, and even more grateful for the love and care that is so apparent in their craft.

Carols Cakes are simply the best. The cakes, cup cakes, cookies etc are always moist, flavorful, beautifully decorated and most importantly appear to last for a long time. It is worth placing an order, never been disappointed and have been ordering and enjoying for over 10 years! Lauren has continued the Carols Cake tradition of excellence and offers a plethora of other delights. Located on the corner of Riverside Drive , you should try it.
