Do not get food. Stick with ice cream. Old hot dog and literally an old hard bun served to me for 7$. Literally couldn’t eat it. Have some respect for your customers.

I don’t know why I keep trying…
This is at least the 5th time this location has made my order incorrectly. I always order a Blizzard. The flavor depends on what they have at the time. Right now they have the mixing bowl mashup blizzard. All I wanted was a large one of those and asked to add peanut butter sauce. Once I get home, I go to eat it and it isn’t even close to what was ordered. First of all there should be fudge mixed into it, and there wasn’t. Secondly, they put Reese’s cups instead of sauce. This is the most common mistake that they make every time they mess up the order.
I called the store to tell them of their mistake and the “shift supervisor” offered to write my name down to get a free one at a later time. I told her this wasn’t necessary and I’d rather her take down my name and number and have the store manager or owner call me back. She then hung up on me. Such a shame to lose returning customers due to shear incompetence. Maybe you should have someone older than 16 at the store at all times to oversee the operation.

Charging $16 for a box of buster bars when you only get 6 is quite ridiculous. When other DQs around charge $11.

Missy does such an amazing job creating unique cakes for special occasions. Even the ones she had in the freezer open to purchase were decorated so beautifully! Appreciate the time and effort she puts into them and the service she gives with a smile! Thanks again, Missy!

This Dairy Queen claims they do not accept American Express. What’s the world coming to when you can’t even pay with your preferred payment method. Avoid this franchise.
I went to Dairy Queen for a banana split. When I received it....it didnt have a banana. Lol. The only thing that I requested was to leave off the nuts. Im not sure how she got "leave off the banana".
So, I politely brought the mistake the employees attention. I then receive a HALF of a banana cut in half thrown in. (Photo on left). No, no, no. The website clearly shows a WHOLE banana. (Photo on right) Im sorry people, but if you are charging me $7.00 for a banana split, I had better get the whole banana. Lol Other than that, the employees were decent and the store was clean.

DQ relations team, I need you guys to do more than just tell people you are looking into an issue and then don’t. Referring customers back to store management isn’t taking care of the problem as management is the problem!! This site needs to be throughly investigated with how things are being operated, why isn’t management on site? Why are these kids left to fend for themselves and work late night without management when there is a bar located right outside of this establishment? These are questions that need to be answered Immediately. Management at this location is no help. I’ve heard numerous reports of one of the managers name Carol being racist why isn’t this being looked into? These are alarming concerns that seem to keep going unaddressed. How many complaints and reviews do you guys need before the news is contacted?
