Domino's Pizza

Came to deliver my pizzas and just flat out forgot them. Waited over an hour more for cold pizza.

Got a thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was 45 min late after I called three times complaining. They tx me your pizza is delivered enjoy. It never even came yet. Called and complained again then it finally arrived cold and absolutely the worst crust no flavor like cardboard. Mushrooms were disintegrated gone and I couldn't even eat it......it was that bad. Never order there again. Pizza, small pop and tip $30.00 ridiculous!!!

If someone places an order for delivery, agrees to pay the delivery fees, and even adds a tip for the driver, it’s not unreasonable to expect that the food will actually be delivered, right?

Apparently, that’s too much to ask from this establishment—especially after dark. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this nonsense. More than once now, the app has marked my order as “delivered,” yet I’ve ended up having to go pick it up myself.

On the night of May 15, 2025, I placed an order that was never delivered, even though the app claimed otherwise. I called the restaurant multiple times over the course of 20 minutes, only to be lied to by the girl working there (an Indian woman, for identification purposes). She insisted the driver was on the way, said the app was glitching, and that my order was delayed—but all of it was a lie.

I finally drove to the restaurant myself, only to find my pizza sitting on top of the oven, untouched. So much for “on the way.” The staff didn’t even try to hide it—they clearly knew my address the moment I walked in and immediately tried to hand me a free soda as some kind of weak apology.

They never intended to deliver my food, yet they still charged me delivery fees and took my tip. They will never get another cent from me……

They didn’t deliver the pop and extra sauce that we ordered. When I called to tell them they said they’d have him bring it. While I had to call every hour for 3 hours since it still hasn’t arrived. I finally told them I wanted a refund for the forgotten items. They said it would take 24 hours. I’m not very confident we’ll even get the refund. Won’t be ordering from them again. Plus they were rude.

This place is terrible. Ordered a pizza. Timer kept updating later and later. Called 3 times they hung up. Manager of the hotel we stayed at said someone left pizza outside. 2 hours no pizza. All the good reviews for this place are fake.

If 0 stars was an option I'd use that. Horrible numerous times, wrong order, missing items, they don't answer the phone when you call to ask anything. Placed an order it said it was delivered got the order 2 hours later they should not be allowed to say items delivered if they weren't. Salads are always rotten, my food was cold like I had to re heat the whole pizza for it to be edible. They said they would refund after I called 10 times, they pick up the phone and hang it up. I will never order from here again. I'll pay the extra for papa John's. Absolutely horrible experience. Maybe understanding English would benefit this location. I will be contacting corporate dominos because thus wasn't the first bad experience with this location

I don’t recommend this places whatsoever ive started throwing up the wings are greasy, disgusting, and undercooked they are very rude and disrespectful

I ordered a buffalo mac and cheese and the 12 piece specialty hot buffalo wings and I got my mac and cheese but I got a cheesy bread instead of my chicken. We called and talked to multiple different people, each person was saying different things. “Refund will take 24 hours” “A delivery driver will take the bread in exchange for the chicken” and they were telling us we were wrong and didn’t order the right thing when we clearly repeated everything we ordered and they repeated it back. When the delivery driver did come back, they didn’t even have the chicken. We also did not even receive a receipt for our order. This is by far the worse service I have ever received and I would not recommend ordering from here.
