Miranda had amazing customer service and, also made amazing drinks! She was extremely nice when I called and asked questions about the Sabrina Carpenter refresher, and was just as nice in person! Would give even more stars if I could! Would come back here again ❤️

Dunkin has made a major change since I was last there, it beautiful and very inviting to sit and enjoy a donut, cup of coffee and conversation with a friend.

My wife and I usually place mobile orders in the app in the morning on our way to work. The food here is OK, only a few of the young women that work here are pleasant. On many different occasions, while picking up our orders in the lobby and through the Drive-Through, we've both witnessed the manager here get into horrible verbal altercations with his employees and other customers. The quality of drinks seem to be decreasing rapidly, maybe it's poor management. This place used to be good. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be returning. If you want to be yelled at, spoken over, interrupted, over-charged, all for a soggy, greasy, hard as a rock, bagel breakfast sandwich and disgusting dish water coffee, then this is the right place for you. If not, stick to your local cafe.

As usual, slowwww service. Usually too busy chatting with others to take an order. And whoever is the manager needs to take anger management as he was screaming at a customer ridiculously for no good reason. Fortunately the customer was the bigger man(pun intended) and just left. The whole situation was ridiculous. So much for having a peaceful breakfast.

Every time I come here the service gets worse. There are some nice girls there who work hard but most of the employees there are so rude. When my drink came out it was not what I wanted and I told the employee what was wrong with it she took it back to the employee who made my drink and as I was standing at the counter the girl who made my drink made extremely nasty comments. I did say something about it. I work in food service and at least wait until the customer leaves wow… every time I hear someone talk about aliquippa dunkin it’s negative and I understand why

The crew are quick about taking your order, however, the quality of the drinks are decreasing. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was not at all sweet, it was very watery. They also failed to fill the cup up all the way. I usually don't write reviews but this has happened a few times with my orders. I understand that it is not easy doing that job. Hopefully in future they improve.

As per usual gm here is absolutely rude. Will rush you taking your order to the point you can’t have a second to look at the menu. Will cut you off and has zero manners.

I put a complaint in because he was standing outside with 3 managers smoking while there was a line in the drive-through, and when I went to use the coupons, he looked at his employee and said this is what they get when they complain while I was in the drive-through window. Gave no interactions saying sorry that was your experience or even have a good day. This guy makes you not want to go to this location which is probably what he wants

My hubby and I came in on July 4th. There were doordash guys leaning against the pick up counter waiting for their bags. We were waiting for our bagel sandwiches. The doordash guy grabbed his bag and then grabbed ours. We said it was our bag. He came back in as he said he was missing a hashbrown. My husband said the bag he had was ours. He proceeded to put his bare hand in our bag and open the wrapper. Totally gross.
Dunkin receipts print out #'s on the receipt and bag. Why doesn't the employees utilize those numbers when placing to go bags. A lot of people are waiting with their phone orders or doordash. It would solve a ton of issues. No more burly guy bare hands in my bag!!!
