The redesign of the restaurant is simply dreadful. They are using hostile interior design to make people want to spend less time inside. The old layout used to be cozy with warm lights. Now it’s lit up like a makeup store with bright led lights and only uncomfortable tables and high tops. No booths or chairs. The counter design is also weird and made more for mobile orders and the one employee has a serious staring problem. Idk why, maybe it’s because I tried to sit in there and do work. Everyone seemed interested in my existence. Is it not normal for people to sit inside now. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to be inside at all. Also the employees were mostly all nice but busy with mobile orders which is understandable for early in the morning but I will not be going back h less it’s to talk to them in person about my weird experience last time I was I unfortunate enough to visit that location. Also I asked for a Croissant and got a biscuit instead. Sandwich was alright but didn’t trust eating it after the employee who kept watching me the entire time made it. Idk I’m weird maybe it’s just me. Don’t yall know it’s impolite to stare? It wasn’t a couple short glances it was like he had a license to stare. Even walking past my table to get a closer look with this intense stare, then went behind the counter to keep doing it, like the whole time I was there and I have no idea who he is or why he couldn’t stop staring.

Some days you’ll get great food some ain’t worth the trip!! But to get great food you’ll definitely be waiting! And don’t dare complain cause they get an attitude due to their mess up!! I’d say at least 8 out of 10 times my sandwich isn’t right and anymore to scared to say something due to the ignorance you get from them

Want to wait over an hour in a drive thru?? This is the place for you!! Good news is they give you enough time to write a review while waiting. I'm not sure how people can actually, physically be this slow, it is a sight to behold though. Of course my mobile order they didn't have the food available, unreal
