I will never order from this establishment. I placed an order for pick up-3 subs totaling close to $40.00. Two of the subs were supposed to be chicken and one steak. I received 2 turkey and 1 steak. When I called and spoke to the OWNER, he told me there must have been a miscommunication and he had to choose whether to take the side of his employee or the customer, he said that he was choosing his employee and wasn’t willing to correct my order. I’ve worked in the restaurant business my whole life, this is the first time I’ve ran into a greedy owner. Honestly, even if it was my fault, he handled it wrong. There are so many other places to eat, I would not recommend Foxes Pizza in Hopewell Township.

If I could give no stars, I would. I frequently order the veggie sub. This evening, the quality was not like it normally is. There was so much onion on it, I had to throw it away. I called the location and spoke to the manager. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life. He was mocking me, talking in a whiny, baby voice and when I said I was going to turn him in, he responded go ahead I don’t care and continued mocking me. I know that this is a family owned franchise, you need to know the type of person who is running your business and how they are treating loyal customers.

Wow…. Is all I can say about the customer service I just received from this restaurant. The guy that waited on was VERY rude!! I order a Stromboli and I asked for it to be put through the oven twice as I have received doughy and uncooked ones in the middle. So when I got to the window he said to me well I made two of these to show you that this is what you asked for putting it through the oven twice. I said ok. He goes well you don’t want that one.(The one that went through the oven twice). I said ok. So he showed me the one that was run through the oven once and he said well this is the one you want and the one you’re getting. I’m like is it doughy? He said,( very nasty) We’ll that’s just how they are and thats how they are made. I said, I have been to other foxes and this has not happened to me. He goes well I doubt it and closed the window. I’m like are you kidding me! I was kind and listened to him BUT when I tried to tell him why I wanted it the way I did, he blew me off and was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will not go to this Foxes and support someone who would not listen to their customer and get upset when you tell them why you want something a certain way! And to this guy who was rude to me I have friends who owns a Foxes and there Stromboli have NEVER been under cooked. Your rudeness left me no choice but to leave a bad review.

Really delicious pizza I love the crust. The dough to toppings ratios is perfect. I got the medium chicken bacon ranch pizza *chefs kiss* and hot Italian sub. Again delicious the bread was perfectly toasted and perfect amount of meats. Delivery was quick and the driver was delightful.

This could be a nice 4 star place except for the fact their online ordering is always turned off. Maybe it’s not always but i find it odd the last 4 times i went to order from them it was off. This is kind of suspect considering they have coupons advertised that are for “online” orders only. It’s also the reason i stopped ordering from them altogether. Been a while so i tried ordering again today and yep online ordering off as usual. Reminded me exactly why i started choosing other places all over again

Normally, they’re on time with pretty good food. Tonight I ordered a beef bacon and cheese wedge, and it was minced meat not sliced roasted beef. I called and they said they used a beef topping which was to put it nicely… gross. I’m not the type to complain but if you switch something and it absolutely doesn’t even resemble the pic… maybe you should advise or reach out to the customer. I was more angry with the response than the food. With tip and delivery for two sandwiches it was $41… the least they could’ve done was call and tell me.

unfair reviews.. my concern is that there's no customer support from what I found?.. got something in the mail today about 20% off but they leave no option when checking out for a cupon code.. maybe they should look at their IT support before they invent stuff contact me with questions.. as of 8/28/24..local
