Wow…. Is all I can say about the customer service I just received from this restaurant. The guy that waited on was VERY rude!! I order a Stromboli and I asked for it to be put through the oven twice as I have received doughy and uncooked ones in the middle. So when I got to the window he said to me well I made two of these to show you that this is what you asked for putting it through the oven twice. I said ok. He goes well you don’t want that one.(The one that went through the oven twice). I said ok. So he showed me the one that was run through the oven once and he said well this is the one you want and the one you’re getting. I’m like is it doughy? He said,( very nasty) We’ll that’s just how they are and thats how they are made. I said, I have been to other foxes and this has not happened to me. He goes well I doubt it and closed the window. I’m like are you kidding me! I was kind and listened to him BUT when I tried to tell him why I wanted it the way I did, he blew me off and was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will not go to this Foxes and support someone who would not listen to their customer and get upset when you tell them why you want something a certain way! And to this guy who was rude to me I have friends who owns a Foxes and there Stromboli have NEVER been under cooked. Your rudeness left me no choice but to leave a bad review.

Really delicious pizza I love the crust. The dough to toppings ratios is perfect. I got the medium chicken bacon ranch pizza *chefs kiss* and hot Italian sub. Again delicious the bread was perfectly toasted and perfect amount of meats. Delivery was quick and the driver was delightful.

The salad and sub was delicious. However the cheese bread sticks could use more cheese. I would go back there when I'm in the area.

This could be a nice 4 star place except for the fact their online ordering is always turned off. Maybe it’s not always but i find it odd the last 4 times i went to order from them it was off. This is kind of suspect considering they have coupons advertised that are for “online” orders only. It’s also the reason i stopped ordering from them altogether. Been a while so i tried ordering again today and yep online ordering off as usual. Reminded me exactly why i started choosing other places all over again

Normally, they’re on time with pretty good food. Tonight I ordered a beef bacon and cheese wedge, and it was minced meat not sliced roasted beef. I called and they said they used a beef topping which was to put it nicely… gross. I’m not the type to complain but if you switch something and it absolutely doesn’t even resemble the pic… maybe you should advise or reach out to the customer. I was more angry with the response than the food. With tip and delivery for two sandwiches it was $41… the least they could’ve done was call and tell me.

unfair reviews.. my concern is that there's no customer support from what I found?.. got something in the mail today about 20% off but they leave no option when checking out for a cupon code.. maybe they should look at their IT support before they invent stuff contact me with questions.. as of 8/28/24..local

Good food, friendly people! Definitely recommend trying most everything on the menu. Delicious and ready for pick-up when they said!
I’ve always loved this location. I always order for delivery chicken tenders with fries and half a steak hoagie. Love the hoagie cause the bread is never mushy and they add sweet peppers. However, their chicken tenders now taste and look from a frozen food delivery and not as crispy and homemade as before (whether they were or not). And their wedges used to have a breading on them that took them over the top. Now they are just like any other wedges that I can make. Please just spend the coin and keep what you had. If it ain’t broken don’t fix it!!

I’m not sure how this establishment only has 2 stars on yelp!!This photo is my pizza that was reheated in the airfryer the next day. And still just as delicious.Always a 10 out of 10 for myself.I’ve also never encountered an unfriendly employee here. Kudos. Keep it up y’all!Myself and both my children (one is 23 one is 7) all absolutely are obsessed with their Buffalo Chicken. I just love their cheese. Idk why???
