Went with family to celebrate a birthday. Hadn't been there in about 10 years so was not certain what the quality of food and service would be now.The food was still exceptional; flavorful, cooked to perfection. I had the lobster kettle; two other people had the mariners platter and seafood pasta as well as two appetizers. We all had the Caesar salad which was excellent also. I appreciated that the waitress spaced out our appetizers, salads, then main courses so we had time to enjoy each without being rushed. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. The prices are somewhat higher than similar restaurants but the quality of food and service make it the perfect place for special occasions. Highly recommend.

It took 55 minutes to get 2 adult dinners and 1 kids meal. There were fruit flies swarming around our table. Our seating was cramped. Service was barely acceptable. My food was not very good and actually made me sick 30 minutes after we left. I've been here about 5 times in the past couple of years, and only once was it good. I really wish I could support a local place more often, but the meals i have at a chain steak restaurant nearby are consistently good, service is always great, and it is a much better value. JW's is very outdated inside, which doesn't bother me, but it might matter to some. I probably won't be back to this place again.

We were seated pretty quick about 5 minutes. The restaurant has booths or tables. It’s very clean. Our server was a bit moody at first but as the evening went on she started to get friendly as I was being friendly as well. The food was a little bit pricey but it was delicious the best steak I’ve ever had!!! My husband’s salmon was excellent as well. Our seating was comfortable . The bathrooms however are extremely small and very outdated, given the type of restaurant this is the bathrooms just don’t match up and are in need of a serious makeover. With that being said. I’d recommend and would visit again .

This truly is fine dining! The menu is cracked full of nummy options. The atmosphere is relaxing. The servers are very professional and friendly. I've enjoyed the chef specials, which are different every day. And the salad bar! Wow! If you want rare or medium rare prime rib, get here early! It's delicious! This is fine dining, so expect to see it in your wallet!

Came here for lunch with my mom and we loved our meal. We both had the prime rib and it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The wheat bread prior to our meal was great and we both enjoyed the salad bar. A good value for the price. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was good, but one person in our group sent back the corned beef and cabbage--beef was stringy and too salty. Got a haddock dish instead and she said it was good. Pasta Primavera was delicious: Pasta and veggies cooked perfectly. French onion soup one of the best I've ever had. Martini was fabulous but the turtle cheesecake was not-had chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge-menu said hot fudge-and the flavor was WAY too 'egg-y'. Service was friendly and fast. Overall, it was good, but only one star for atmosphere because dining areas are WAY outdated and there were so many fruit flies, it was hard to enjoy my dinner, especially after a fly was found crawling all over our bread!

Fantastic restaurant! Service and food here are fantastic. Salad bar is great and always kept clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoy eating here and have never had a bad meal. We always look forward to eating here and trying something new. French onion soup is amazing! Highly recommend!!!
