This was my first time at Mac’s Donut Shop and we will definitely be going back!! The girl at the counter was very patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. We got a dozen donuts that ended up being a little over $18. Our order from favorite to least favorite was maple cream long johns, powdered custard, iced with cherry topping, chocolate glazed, plain glazed, and pumpkin with cream cheese frosting. The last three were just a little dry but the flavors were very good.

This is a very cute little donut shop. The donuts are second only to Oram's in my opinion. Certainly beats Dunkin Donuts 8 days a week and 25 hours a day. Prices are reasonable and the staff are pleasant!

By far the worst donut shop experience I have ever witnessed. I ordered two dozen donuts for our "Donuts with Santa" charity event receiving very poor customer service from needing to repeat my order phone number "5 separate times" along with picking up the Donuts with a "what do you want" type of negative attitude. No good morning. No Thank you for business. Just 24 donuts handed to me without a smile or any gratitude of doing business. The quality of the Donuts were good overall. The customer experience I received was one of the worst I have ever received anywhere. I only hope this message is read under a professional undertone via Mac Donuts.

The tall lady is ignorant and acts like a snob. The long John's had no filling in them(photo below) Very surprised considering the reviews I saw before trying this place out. I won't be back due to the snobby attitude of the tall older woman. Your no different than everyone else. I would recommend not wasting your money here and getting treated like a peasant.

A true mom & pop donut shop. We recently moved to the area and checked this place out. The staff is welcoming and attentive and there has been a huge variety each time we go in. We have tried several varieties and they were all great! Quite a treat for my kids - I think this will end up being a staple in our household ?
