This McDonald's store staff claimed McFlurries no longer get mixed. We just received cups of ice cream with the "extras" (in our case one w/ Oreo cookie and another with M&M's) dumped on top. Store was quite clean and nicely decorated for Christmas.

Judging how these workers are treating their customers, I would assume they have terrible management. A good manager helps their employees work together, teaches them leadership, shows empathy and fairness, and takes accountability. The only bad reviews I wrote mostly revolve around Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s. I’m not mad, just disappointed as I believe 100% these companies could be much much better

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and picklesand small fry, received two cheeseburgers with ketchup, onions and no pickles, also no small fry. The bag and meal smelled like cigarette. How hard of an order was this to fill?

I just want to send a compliment to the person who was working behind the counter. I believe they were a manager. They did very well in spite of how busy it was. Bravo!

Ordered a coke yesterday and it was really good. I don’t normally like McDonald’s Coke because it is too syrupy for me but this one was crispy!

The service was very good this time. The manager made sure we had all of our food because it was somewhat of a large order. We were actually short a couple items and they made sure we got them. I think this was a plus because it was the last hour of the evening where some places may have been less professional.

Update: I gave this mcdonalds a few more tried recently. Not any better. Today we got a family meal. The chicken nuggets Tasted horrible. Not sure why the unusual horrible taste but I still wouldn't recommend this place . Drive a few more miles and find another one. Not sure what happened this place use to be good
I was at the center McDonald's today. There was a manager there , she had real long nails an was doing garbage behind the counter. The boy that rung The man up before me stepped away from the counter . The manager screamed from the front to the boy that was the whole way in the back. She screamed his name. Then when the boy got to the front she yelled at the boy in a very loud and unpleasant tone...RIGHT INFRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS that was standing there. 3 of us including me made mention of it . we were shocked how the manager treated the boy loudly twice when we were all standing there . the boy looked upset and embarrassed. We let the boy know how it was NOT ok for the manager to treat him that way.this should be looked into. No-one has the right to treat another individual like she treated him. He was afraid to even talk to is when she was around.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Not once has there not been a line around the building or people sitting in the wait que. Had to wait 10 minutes just for a order of two double cheeseburger. And I was the only car here.
