I needed to leave a review since this used to be my favorite pizza place, but lately they are just lazy. This pizzas are lacking everything. It feels like the new cooks or managers want to scare people away with their horribly made pizza so they can just be there getting paid without having to work. They have ruined the pizza here and it feels its done intentionally.

I just picked up two pizzas. The Grand Papa Pizza and the 9.99 special up to seven toppings. These were the worst pizzas I have ever received from Papa John. I ordered extra cheese as one of my toppings. It doesn't even cover the whole pizza and the grand Papa was too dark. What has happened? Are there new employees. Very disappointing 😞

Shouldve listened to the other reviews on here but i give everyone a chance being as idk how you could possibly mess up my order but they managed! Cut it up like a total mouthbreather with big and tiny disproportionate pieces, pizza was made very poorly like the equivalent to getting a sloppy made burger from burger king the toppings were very uneven, and then delivery dude in the store talking to me for 2 minutes when i didnt purposely engage convo about how his wiper motor went out and then when i look at the reviews here everything starts to make total sense. No wonder yall constantly need help here and the one in falls. Total circus unit at both stores. 🤣

Staff is usually nice enough in my experience, but the food tends to be a little off, last pizza I got had a bit of a foul sour smell and the pepperoni didn't have much taste. Wasn't exactly the first time, I remember years ago this location had problems with its freezer.
Delivery seems a bit bare bones and the parking is very tricky, a small lot right off of Brodhead that seems to sometimes be shared with apartments. Hard to pull in straight, hard to back out of right onto the highway. Lastly, sometimes there seems to be an extra wait because it's not always well staffed.

Waiting to pick up a Door Dash delivery and the young girl and big guy couldn’t say hello or greet me. Zero customer service skills and slamming things around. Yikes.

Pizza was ok. I ordered normal crust and it came almost burnt and like a thin crust. I also ordered a garlic sauce instead of marinara, and it came with zero side sauces. The garlic bread sticks were SUPER salty and almost greasy instead of buttery. Used to order from here all the time, won't be doing that anymore.

Waited over twenty minutes for this on a Monday. 1/27/25 approximately 7:04pm. Soggy pizza. Not even cut correctly into slices. Looks like a half done job. Crust partially burnt. I called and spoke with a manager to be offered a new free pizza. Yeah I’m not driving out there again. Or dealing with your delivery drivers that complain about their tips!! Also the wear and tear of their vehicle they always say. No one is forcing you to work here. Please train your employees to do their jobs efficiently. It’s disappointing that there was a manager there letting pizzas go out looking this way.

I'm originally from Florida and papa johns is always a go to for me. You can say I'm a regular whereever I go. Here is the first time I had their pizza at this location. The pizza quality is great and to me tastes the same as any other papa johns I've been to and I've traveled alot lately. The service today was really busy when I went which if it's that busy the locals must really love this location. I traveled from Rochester to pick up from here and even though they were busy there wasn't a single person standing around. All were working hard to get everyone's orders completed. The only thing I ask is if maybe another person or two is on shift on a Sunday it may help the back up. Other than that I love the pizza quality and would definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

CALLED TO ASK FOR HELP ON THEM FIXING THE ORDER AND THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME !! Thenn ontop of that she was aggressive form the time she answered the phone WEDNESDAY NIGHT. 6:15pm oct 23. She does not deserve a job any where near a customer based job. Fire her.. Forgot sauce. Long wait. Dry breadstick when I ordered something completelydifferent. An pumpkin pizza didn’t even look like a pizza. Delivery driver was nice..

Had not gone into a Papa John's in probably 4-5 years. Usually too expensive (compared to others) and substandard taste for the price. I found myself having to choose between Dominoes and Papa John's so I opted for the latter. Pricewise, still a little on the high side but this time the taste was superb. They have vastly improved on their dough as the crust was the best I've ever tasted (at least in recent memory). Will be going back - as soon as my dining out budget will allow.
