I’ve gone about 5 times after midnight and they regularly close 30 mins to an hour before closing. Just update your hours to midnight so people aren’t wasting their time driving.

Stopped here after picking up some family members from the airport after they had a long flight and were hungry. Haven't ever stopped in this town, but the door was open so we went inside to order. The hours on the door said they were open, and there was no distinction between lobby and drive-thru hours. We were first met with an employee that said that said that even though there's no signage indicating that the dining room is closed, it is. But she'd "let it slide this time", as if we were somehow supposed to know that. As we were ordering on the kiosk, a more aggressive young "manager" came over and said the dining room is closed and that we need to leave immediately and go to the drive-thru. We're standing right there and trying to order, but nope, the 4 of us were expected to get back in our car and go to the empty drive-thru and talk to the very same employees. Instead, we went to Arby's across the street and had a much better experience, and were on our way within minutes.
1> If your dining room has different hours, post them. Don't pretend like customers are doing something wrong.
2> Be a lot more accommodating to customers. I get that you're working in a Taco Bell at 10:30pm, making little more than minimum wage. But you took the job and that's your problem, not the customer's.

Yesterday all misunderstood with Nikki manger today crystal called me solving problem which is misunderstood and I m deaf. Easy to use cashier than kiosk. Great people still welcome me even I was angery yesterday. Oh god good people there I encourage you all go there where good employees there. Understand about deaf people. But yesterday was big misunderstanding I make mistakes and they make mistakes we both apologized all good. Easy to deal and solving problem. Thank you Crystal and Nikki! ??♥️??
2 week later food so fresh I crazy over Mexican pizza. Thank you employee thank you Nikki! ♥️ see how clean Taco Bell is they value to employees!

The food has always been consistent and delicious since opening, and today I was able to observe how food-safety conscious the staff is. It was incredibly refreshing to see a staff so mindful of health standards. I saw the staff change their gloves in between messing with their POS and making food, clean the kitchen thoroughly, etc. Thank you for being so mindful!

I had my lunch delivered through DoorDash this afternoon! Everything was absolutely perfect. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and everything was packaged really nicely and neatly. After my order was placed and delivered, I realized that I forgot to add sauce packets to my order, but to my pleasant surprise, the awesome person who packaged my order threw some in there for me, thank you so much! Really pleasant delivery experience, delicious food, overall wonderful experience! ❤️

I won't be coming back waited 17 minutes in the drive thu for my order all was wrong they messed up 5 hard taco with no cheese I got 5 soft tacos with cheese. So they throw a coupon in for a free taco...need to get smarter people
