Ordered the Grande Nachos, the orange cream freeze, the caramel apple empanada, and an extra cup of cheese. They were out of both the empanada and the freeze. Bummer, was looking forward to trying them. What was really annoying though was that they didn't give me any guacamole on the nachos, barely any cheese on the nachos, and the extra cheese cup they charged me $1 for was barely half full. Seriously??? Never been to a worse taco bell.

This place should be shut down! Not much more I can say. You’ll see from the photos this place is certainly cheating you on what you orders….essentially stealing. The Nachos Bell Grande is more like Nachos Barely Anything. The burrito…seriously?! Pictured with a chip to show they basically gave half a burrito. We got home and realized they didnt give us our entire order (actual stealing).

Read the other reviews. They get upset because they have to actually make food. The guy through the window said I was doing good. Till you came in and ordered two party pack tacos. But folks read the rest of the reviews. Nothing gets done. The owner doesn't even respond to any of the negative reviews. Take a look folks! Their customer service isnt something they take seriously. Wow does that. I said hi how are you doing. I was doing good till these tacos got ordered. The line was bare. We were literally the only ones here at 932pm. Dont worry though management doesn't respond.

Did a mobile order months ago and waited at the restaurant for over 30 minutes before deciding to leave. Poor management and taco bell customer service offered nothing. Looking forward to whatever replaces this restaurant soon.

Had someone pick up my order since i ordered through the app, said person also wanted to make an order. The dude said that my friend would have to drive around back through because it’s a “1 order per car”. Where’s the sign for it? Where’s it at in the taco bell rule book? Makes zero sense when you’re going to have the same amount of orders anyways. The drivethru was dead. They also didn’t get my order right.

Mobile orders seemed to always be behind the counter. It is called grab and go for a reason. So, you have to wait for someone to pay attention to you to get your order that is ready to go, but it is not on the mobile area to pick up. The nachos and some fried items taste weird. I feel they don't change they grease like they should. The service is touch and go depending on who is working.
