Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ate here yesterday. For the past 6 hours, I have been throwing up and it doesn’t get any better. I might have to go to the hospital because of the food from yesterday. Avoid going there.

My daughter just came home with food poisoning from Appleby’s. Will never go there again.

My family and I had a terrible curb site pick up meal. I spoke with the manager the next day and was offered a $50 gift card due to our terrible experience. That was weeks ago and still no compensation. I know businesses have bad days but to not follow through and rectify the issue , after I spoke at length with the manager. Not a good look Applebees, do better.

The ribs i ordered tasted like gas. I couldn't eat them. They were taken off the bill, and the manager was really sweet. He offered a replacement, but I was turned off at that point. My husband's steak was in his words, " Meh." The manager at that particular location was really helpful, but the waiter was absent.

This Applebee's is usually very dependable. Our visit on 1-7-25 was a 4. Our server, Jacklyne was great. Very socialable, attentive made a good drink. Meal was delivered quickly and was good for the most part. Chicken was a little overcooked with made it a little dry and tough. This was kind of surprising because they were not that busy. We like this Applebee's so this one visit will not deter us.......but it's a 4 this time.

Food poison I order bourbon street chicken with shrimp and ate half of meal 45 minutes later started feeling sick

I placed an order on your website, and since you removed the option to customize items in your Southwest Irresistible Bowls, I called the restaurant directly. I spoke to someone in charge and politely asked them to remove the salad greens (lettuce) from the bowl, but somehow I ended up with more salad than rice. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered online, my man went and got the food and I told him to ask for A1 sauce and they said they didn’t have any when I literally can’t eat my steak without it. THEN when I’m like okay let me just try and eat it there is a piece of hair on my steak. This place deserves to be shut down. Very much ghetto and ILL NEVER BE EATING HERE AGAIN !!

My husband and I visit this location quite frequently. The food and drinks are always good, and the servers (especially Amaryllis, Jackie, and Jess) are always friendly, fun, kind, and accommodating. If you like Applebee's, this is the location you definitely want to visit!

Our server Robert was great, energetic, friendly. Food was brought promptly, the food could have been a little warmer. But it was still good.
