Unfortunately the Baskin Robbins side of this dual-purpose Dunkin has closed permanently. ?The staff was friendly and courteous. It's a shame to see this business close.
There’s no baskin robins
We wanted Baskin-Robbins ice cream. The dipping freezer was discussing. Dirty, ice cream was mixed in the buckets. Windows were dirty. If I was baskin I would pull the franchise quickly.
Friendly service, quick service. Got exactly what I ordered as I ordered it.
Customer service was horrible I would give them zero stars very rude staff and Managment I rather drive an hour away to the farthest Baskin and Robins then deal with these people they can’t even make drinks properly
They locked the doors at or before 7:24 with people inside ordering still when they close at 8.
Closed early. Was supposed to be open until 8pm, was closed at 730pm.
Always closed after 6:30pm

Been trying to order an ice cream cake online for months and the website doesn't allow ordering at the Bethlehem location. No cakes are available. I contacted corporate who told me each store is individually owned so I need to contact the store. Defeats the whole purpose of online ordering if I have to call. Guess I'm ordering online at Carvel. Such a shame that something so easy is so hard.
Very inconsistent. It's the young people there that know how to make the drinks correctly and follow directions. I ordered a jamoca milkshake that tasted like it had alcohol in it. I also ordered a frozen cappuccino that had whole oreos in it instead of blended. They sometimes mix the jamoca almond with the jamoca. God forbid you have an allergy. Disappointing.

Very inefficient drive through. Waited far too long. Ordering was slow and had to relay the order several times. Paid for the two sundaes and come to find out they overcharged as well. Won't be returning.
I sat in line for 15 mins (in the drive through) to end up, getting to the window and the workers saying there is not ice cream or cones?! This is unacceptable to be a Baskin Robbins (ice cream shop) and not have ice cream!
