Arrived here to get a quick meal after a long week. The plater du juour was fried rice with choice of ribs or chop and fried plantains. Chose ribs. Tasty and tender enough. Tostones were soggy and had no seasoning while the rice was over seasoned. A salt bomb! It was also very dry and the mouthfeel of rice reheated from the fridge. Had other entrees from this food truck in the past and liked them all. This time I can't say the same...Inconsistent quality!

First time trying it and won’t be back. My girlfriends jaw was tired from the hard and dry tostones. The meat was saltier than should be and flavorful but dry and over cooked. Chinese rice tasted more like burnt oil and was horrible. Waited an hour and ten minutes for two plates.

Becarefull coming to this place. When you try to pay with cash they say they dont have change. And when you use your credit card they add an extra 5$ charge without saying anything. Their food has no flavour and not worth the price.

It's a hot mess of a rush 😤 they sold my daughter pastellio while I was trying to pay for it with cash app smh and Carne frita had flavor but it was soft no crunch , tostones soggy n dry n bland not crunchy no sauce no garlic no salt and rice had flavor overall I anticipated eating here for months but was disappointed especially for the price 🤦🤷😩

Yet I still went Sunday at 4ish and again no one was there. Not signs and the phone number they got on goole don't work , fr is tis a business or what

The only place in Allentown where I can get “puerto rican Chinese food” and THE BEST. Taste just like home! If you want to order you have to follow on FB, I don’t think he sells these in the food truck. I believe he has specific dates.
Every time I go it’s my luck they never taking orders. Like wtflip. It looks like they only make 10 pinchos for the day🤣🤣🤣that’s not good. I can’t comment on how good the food taste because I haven’t been able to try it.
