One of the best meals I've ever eaten. The dum ka goat I ordered exemplifies how to properly render collegen the bones pulled off effortlessly and what little fat I could find had a beautiful texture and flavor the meat itself was perfectly tender and the gravy was excellent. The chef here understands cooking and flavor on a deep level and you should come experience something unique and delicious at Biryani city
Came to pick up food realized I ordered from different place out of state-TripAdvisor had wrong number listed. They made my food anyway within minutes! Gave me free drink while I waited. Good food!
Great food. They no longer (at least in Allentown) offer table service, although you can order at the register and they will bring you your food in take-out containers. Same delicious recipes and very friendly staff. It seems that, after COVID, the takeout business was easier to support than having to find wait staff. Can't blame them, but I wish there were table service again.
