Service was slow. We received our drinks and placed our order. We finished our drinks, would have ordered another round if we could find the waiter. We finally flagged down another waiter to get ours. Our food was suppose to be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later...we waited approximately 40 minutes for a burger and a prime rib dip. My husband enjoyed his burger. My sandwich had no seasoning and tons of fat. The dining area is open so it's noisy and hard to talk.
Great salad and tender steak. The steak was delicious and the salad was well made, fresh and came out as a large serving. My wife also had a salad topped with grilled chicken that was also very tender. The desserts looked tempting but we both passed this time. Maybe on the next visit.
BJ’s Brewhouse had a nice craft beer selection with something for everyone. The service was very good and the food was upscale bar food which was all very tasty and made correctly.
Went to Allentown location around 4:30pm on Sunday, did not seem busy. They were out of the calamari appetizer and the mac and cheese balls. Out of the beer my sister ordered. She ordered medium rare burger, it came out over done twice! My burger was missing the bacon. Fries were WAY over done! The ones that came out with her second burger were better. Manager did comp both of her burgers (Sister ate the second one) and offered free pizookie. May not try this location again. Staff was pleasant and helpful!
Called to order a sheet cake Nd was on the phone 4 10minutes. I told the man 5 time I wanted a sheet cake and he was going to order me a SHEEP CSKE EVEN WEN I SPELLED IT 3 TIMES. HUNG UP CALLED Weis ordered a sheet cake on 3 minutes
Went to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Allentown. TA. Took granddaughter to lunch today and she ordered a Hickory Brisket and Bacon Burger with fries. I had the Lemon Thyme Chicken with roasted Brussel sprouts. My spouse had the Grilled Chicken Alfredo. All our meals were served in smaller portions from the lunch menu and were quite filling and delicious. They offer a nice selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to go with your meal.
Some entrees are a little pricey for lunch but the lunch special was a good value and made me think I could skip dinner tonight! Service was excellent. Sarah S. was attentive without being bothersome - and a real delight.
Lines too long. Faster in Quakertown.

My husband and I went to BJs on Dec. 8, 2020, for lunch We both ordered the Avocado bacon burger. I ordered mine well done, it was red, maybe, medium, at best. We both ordered sweet potato fries, we got French fries and they so salted they were inedible. The waitress was extremely busy so we didn’t bother her with this. The burgers were also very very salty. We took home three to go meals {were ordered at time of lunch ordering). This evening, my husband went to heat his peanut chicken with noodles meal and there was no chicken, no lime and no almonds. What was given tasted awful. That is when I called the manager, Kate who apologized. There is no excuse for this the restaurant was not busy due to covid restrictions so the kitchen should have done better.
Good selection of food . We ate inside with plexiglass on Booths. Waitress and safe wearing masks. They do have a small outside tent. We ordered salads and soft drinks. Everything was good.
June 2020 I have been to about 10 locations in 4 states now, and I have never had a bad experience. I've had numerous items but on this visit I tried the deep dish pizza and it was fantastic. Sometimes you get a deep dish pizza where it's actually too thick and not cooked thoroughly, but that was not the case here. And as always, the beer was great, I really enjoy the Oasis Ale. The sliders were good, too, and service was wonderful.
Servers were great. Sat in tent on a nice day. Watermelon Mohito was good (paper straws, yay) Steak was mushy, salad was nothing special, mashed potatoes tasted instant and chicken alfredo was drowning in sauce. Wont be back.
I think it is a very nice store but I was very disappointed yesterday when several customers had no mask walking around
