Alicia served me and my friend for my birthday. She was very kind and didn’t rush us. She let us take our time and helped me put my leftovers in my box. I highly recommend her and our experience here was great. She even put a candle on my pazookie!

The Brussels sprouts appetizer was lukewarm. The sides were lukewarm. It was freezing in there. The drinks took longer than needed to arrive. The nachos were delish. The power bowl was delish. It's your basic bar with food. Not sure if I would return given the inconsistent quality of the food.

Stopped by this place for lunch for the first time. Location is great, the restaurant is well-maintained and has a pretty cool vibe. If you're a beer person you'll love this place as they have a large variety of flavors on tap. The food was outstanding and very very good! Hostess was very friendly and the wait staff was great as well. Had the Eagles game on which was a huge plus!!! Definitely recommend as a place to grab a bite to eat and chill with friends or family.

Eli was amazing! He suggested beer and drink options that would appeal to us and he was so personable! I work in the industry and I can say he is great at what he does, thanks Eli for a lovely time!!

Always a fun place to go and hang out, especially for happy hour. The beer and food menus are very extensive and they have a full bar, as well.
Food can be hit or miss, but the waitstaff are almost always on top of their game.

We were Sat down tonight (a Thursday really not busy) my wife and I waited 20 minutes before getting up and just walking out. of all the people that worked there not one stopped to ask us for a drink order or even tell us theyll be with us shortly. Not worth returning. Its sub par chain bar food with wildly over priced beers anyway.

I went to BJ’s for a relaxing dinner after work. This lovely server named Destiny did a really good job taking my orders. She communicated so well with me and checked on me multiple times to see if the food was good and to see if I needed anything else and also, shoutout to Chris the manager. He’s a really good guy and also checked to see if everything was good & okay. His energy was high and spiritual. Thank you Destiny & Chris, god bless y’all.

After this latest visit we will likely not be back. Over the last few years the quality of food and service has gone down hill.
The nicest part of the experience was being seated by a polite gentleman. After that we sat without being acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. The place wasn’t even slammed, there were several empty tables and several servers just standing there.
When they finally realized they forgot to serve us, we ordered our beers. After waiting for awhile she returned to tell me they were out of that beer and offered an alternative. Then another long waiting period began to wait for that drink. It was probably 20-25 minutes from sitting to actually getting a drink.
We ordered wings which were good but our server didn’t bring any plates with them, until 10 minutes later.
We shared the weekend special 3 course entree which was Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, clam chowder, and Caesar salad.
The Prime Rib came out medium but ordered medium rare. It was room temperature, not hot. The salad was on its last day before being discarded, not fresh. The soup was good, but was most likely canned not homemade.
When it was time to order another drink, our server brought a bottle of beer and placed it on the table and walked away. She didn’t offer a glass, which I find rude. I poured it myself in a glass from my other first beer.
The whole process was very drawn out and disappointing. Our overall mood was taking a dive as the meal progressed. When the manager came over to ask how everything was we explained exactly how it was going. If service or food is poor we usually just deal with it, but this just seemed too poor to not let someone know. He listened to our concerns and seemed quite sincere and apologetic. He even took our dirty dishes that our server left there.
It took forever for the dessert to come out, which we weren’t really interested in by that point. When our bill came the entree was refunded, but the kicker was they charged for the dessert. The dessert is supposed to be included in the 3 course meal. So instead of just refunding the meal they tried to slip in a charge for dessert. It was the perfect ending to the bad experience that it was.

I had dinner with my 15yr old twins tonight (9/11) Our server Luna was amazing! She was one of the best servers! She was on top of everything! My kids had refills before they even needed them. Her personality was amazing. She made you feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. Hopefully she will be able to see this at some point because she made our dinner so enjoyable! Thank you!

I had a party of 13. Service was great, and the food was good as always. Very reasonably priced. We love it there.

Extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. We were so excited to celebrate our kids finishing the school year with excellent grades, and chose BJs because of their pizza special night. The Deep dish pizza ( nothing like a deep dish pizza by the way) was so dry, with so little sauce and had no flavor! The only good thing was my son’s steak. Waiter did not even mention the half off was ONLY on Larger pizza. We overpaid,which shouldn’t have been the case had she taken the time to explain! Never again are we returning!

If I could give my server 10 stars, I would! I've eaten here plenty of times, but last night was the best experience I've had. Highly recommend the prickly pear hard lemonade also!
