Drive thru & slow service many times. sometimes buns seem a tad stale. I've given with bk points w/slow service. I do enjoy their burgers, fries & onion rings. and sadly, most BKs in the Lehigh Valley are under staffed & slow.
Whopper did not taste like they used to, very soggy and messy! We will take another long break from Burger King again
Tried the impossible whopper for the first time. It was pretty decent. Added on a pc of cheese, small halfsies and a small coke. $12.50 is a little steep. The small half fries half onion rings were under done which was disappointing

Oof, the guy at the register with earrings in both ears was absolutely miserable. The attitude at this place reflects the food. The food was awful. The chicken fries were old and stale, fried pickles were also old. The Diet Coke was broken and don’t you dare look down into the drip area of the soda machine because you might lose your appetite.

I've waited in drive through line 45 minutes while they took everyone else's order in window next to me. And God forbid you order inside, feels like you in a daycare, they roll their eyes as they say "Can I take your order" and the managers, tassssss, they need managing, VERY RUDE!!!

I was grabbing food before a 6 hr drive, Thanksgiving Eve. About 8pm. The food was hot n tasted fresh. But as I drove 6 hrs, I had the worst GAS n the smell was horrible. My husband was like, "What did you order? The texas burger. My stomach hurt so bad, including Thanksgiving Day. I'm not sure what happened to that batch, but it was enough for me to NEVER go back. I love Burger King. It's not always something I get, but I did get it. Now I won't.

I placed a mobile order through the app at this location after confirming their hours online, which stated they would be open until 3:00 a.m. The app accepted my order, but upon arrival, the restaurant was closed. My fiancé knocked on the door, and we could see three or four workers inside who seemed amused by our presence, despite the fact that we were waiting for orders that they had no intention of fulfilling.
An Uber Eats driver was also there to pick up another order. She spoke to one of the employees, who bluntly stated that no food would be served at that time. When we inquired about our order and asked if they could cancel it from inside the store to reverse the charge, they either were unable to assist us or simply refused to help. This level of service is unacceptable.

Tilghman st., Allentown location. 10/21/24, about 7:40 pm. Ordered food and waited in the Drive-Thru for nearly 15 minutes. Barely moved past the ordering speaker. Thankfully, the car behind me also got sick of waiting and left so I was able to back out. I went inside to talk to somebody and maybe get my food, but there were other people inside also pissed off that they had to wait so long. Since I didn't pay for my food yet I just left
