Well they got it very wrong tonight, took our order, charged us $20 for two burgers and then we got up to the window to pay and the person just walked away from the window without taking our money or even talking to us so we left

First PROPS, & applause to the staff. There was 3 people there. Sharing taking,preparing, bagging then charging for an order. While a dozen cars are in line to place orders at 10:30pm on a Sunday night. SHAME!!! on the owners of this restaurant. For under staffing, under paying, and ruining the Burger King franchise!!! This time the quality did not diminish. BUT IT WILL!!!! You have 3 employees cooking, preparing, cleaning, taking orders, and handling money. All at the same time. I'm guessing because management doesn't pay well and they can't staff it. Morden day slavery!!!! Under privileged, minority employees doing there best in a bad situation to make a millionaire more millions. How about giving back to your employees!!!
Lady at the drive thru was burping while I was placing my order. How weird and gross is that. She was rushing me to the first window when I wasn’t even done with my order. The place wasn’t even busy.

If I could give negative 0 as a review I would. Don’t ever order for delivery from this location. I must’ve ordered about 4 times from here and everytime it came screwed up. Food not done or burnt, or completely wrong ! They also never follow your requests so if you are allergic like myself to tomatoes and you make sure to put no tomatoes it’ll for sure come with them on anyway . Also I called to tell them my complaint and the girl didn’t say a word but gave an attitude “mhm” and hung up . Tried calling back and they cut the line . So not only is my food disgusting and wrong but people who work here are ignorant . Fire everyone here and get people who CARE and can READ .

I don't know what happened but this Burger King location has to have the most rudest staff I have ever encountered. To the point where I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a fast food joint.From the moment I pulled up to the speaker the lady has an attitude what do you want.Ignoring this I tell her my order in which she asked me to repeat it which I do about 10 times with an attitude every single time. Getting it wrong each time..I yell.my order to the speaker and she tells me ok cheesy tots and then has me pull upWhich I order a chicken sandwich and onion rings.
