We had waited near 2 hours for a family meal of chicken before calling a third time to find out the drier no longer had our order. They never called when they arrived and then delivered to the wrong address. The counter people argued with us for over an hour whether or not we had recieved the order and what address they gave to the driver, because it clearly wasn't ours. They said they could deliver the food again, but it'd be an hour minimum wait. At that point I just wanted my money back, and they wouldnt even bother trying to give us a replacement meal or acknowledge that they messed up. They refunded us an hour later and made us wait 3 and a half hours to just wind up getting fast food because it was the only thing still open. Arrogant, rude, and scarily slow. The attitude was bearable before but after being asked "what do you want me to do about it", and told that the one counter person working there didn't give the driver the address, it was another, ghost counter person apparently, I truly can't stand this place. Completely ruined a night.

I decided to go here for the first time on a Monday evening and had a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in, you could smell the authenticity and the wonderful spices of the Dominican Republic! The food came out very fast as I sat down to dine in. I had a great experience with wonderful customer service And the portions were large! I’m a big eater and left home with half of my food as leftovers. I ordered the pescado de coco y arroz y habichuelas y maduros!! Everything was delicioso!!

Well, I went today for my esperiesa. It's the worst food to charge. I think it's not possible in prison to make such bad food. My husband ordered a tripe. The penil is so bad. I knew the ones were rotten. It's good to call health services. price is another for two service they will charge me 36 until the salad charges you the service is orible that one that is in the box is a bitch bad deal the beer juice was portioned wrong I felt like throwing the food in his face the mice one has You have to ask for permits if you don't want to, lose your money, don't go to that place orible. I gave the food one star because I can't give it a 0.

I ordered picadera and pernil for my daughter's baby shower and I was pleased with the food. Specially the pernil because not a lot of people can get it down right. The pernil was well cooked, very tender and just the right amount of seasonings. Pernil has a lot of natural fat, specially when it dries out and the fact that the fat on the pernil was very minimal was a plus for me. All in all the food was delicious and the one lady (I forget her name) was courteous and very pleasant. This will definitely be my new spot when making big orders. Thank you Casa Latina the food was a hit ❤️
