I can’t believe there’s anybody on earth who doesn’t like this pizza! This truly is the best pizza outside of a New York or a Chicago deep dish that I’ve ever had; in fact, I go to the farmers market every weekend just to get two pieces and I am 100% Italian. It’s good stuff - you’ll like it I promise.
Love this pizza. We always grab a slice before shopping and when we're done we'll get a kit to go. The thin crust is crisp and delicious. The sauce is a touch sweeter than other places which makes it less acidic. It is reasonably priced, no waiting and the lunch counter is always clean. Farmers market pizza isn't for everyone, it's a nice change from chain pizza places.
Been going to Charlie K's more than 40 years its a fun family Saturday night treat. It's not gourmet pizza for sure. If you want gourmet pizza go to NYC and pay $60 or more and you'll still find something to complain about.
