Do yourself a favor and maybe stop by here to get some lunch. I personally like the Untouchable the most. :)

We were in town for a project and googled where to go eat. This place looked good and in a cute area so we went over. All of the employees were outside smoking cigarettes while we walked inside. We said hello several times and even looked in the back but no one answered. As we walked out, one of the employees jumped up and ran to the door now ready to take our order. As a business owner, I would be so upset if this is what I was paying people to do. So here is your review - get new employees who care about their job, value money and your business.

Best salad I’ve ever had. The fruit was fresh, the salad was crunchy, the cheese was melty, and the grilled chicken was juicy. The owner was very friendly and happy to serve us.

Stopped here for lunch while in town to visit the Allentown Art Museum. Excellent sandwiches, with generous portions (those served on long rolls are enough for two meals!) and terrific rolls (an often overlooked, but crucial element of any sandwich). The staff were very welcoming and always ready to answer any questions about the menu. I was halfway through my sandwich when I started thinking about what to order on my next visit. I'm very happy to have discovered Chez's Delicatessen and look forward to many lunches in the future.

Where are the workers? I ordered my food on the kiosk at 11:30 not realizing nobody was in the kitchen. Hours say they're open. Sat around for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. Hopefully i can get my money back since i already paid. Customer beware. Make sure someone is actually going to make the food before you pay.

Terrible location and difficult to find via car unless you’re a pedestrian inside the mini mall. Service was too slow. 1/2 hr to make a sandwich means they desperately need help.
