I am native to the area, born in Allentown, raised Parkland area. I now live in Brazil. My Brazilian wife and I returned to the area for a visit in January and Chick-fil-a was on the list for places to eat as there are no Brazilian locations. My wife loved the food. (The usual Chick-fil-A sandwich and waffle-fries.) I truly missed this food over the past two years+. Anyhow, the service was also terrific as expected. The manager wanted to give us a quick tour, free ice cream, & stuffed eat more chicken cows on top of a job already nicely done. Thank you for the hospitality guys!

Food was great. Timing was great. The cashier was not the model employee Chick-fil-A strives to have while serving customers. She was rude, yawning while taking orders, and she was more social with other employees who were in the dining room than customers. No one said the line "my pleasure" throughout our short time there. I will not be back to this location.

Great fast food place, one of my favorites because they’re the only ones that offer fast food grilled chicken nuggets. If you’re in the mood for a heathy option to fried. I’m always up for that even though you can’t beat fried chicken honestly, fried chicken rocks!!🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻 but I fry my own at home and stay away from all these cheap oils they use but once in a while I say fu(k it!!

Got our drinks with the soda spilled out all over the cup no napkins to clean it up no one to help you everyone just looks away from you when you’re looking for help. As much as I love the food this is very disappointing.
Counter was absolutely filthy as I was ordering! Hair and soda just left there. When this location first opened it was lovely , truly went downhill very quickly . Will not be going back. Also chicken does not taste the same anymore don’t know why !!!!!

The fries are not as good as they used to be. However, everything else is delicious and cooked to perfection.
The staff are nicer than Mormon missionaries. I mean, you always feel welcome, accepted, valued, and that they are happy to see you.
So normally CF is pretty great. I never been to this one. The fries were well overcooked and the sandwich was not all that fresh. Which is unusual. But as usual, the staff were polite friendly and well groomed (yeah that has been an issue at other restaurants).
Always a great dining experience! Great staff!
