Chickie’s & Pete’s

I went there before a Phantoms game and the staff seemed disorganized and borderline disinterested. It took an inordinate amount of time for them to acknowledge my presence; not to mention bring me something as simple as a glass of water ( which came after I received my sandwich). I got my entree before I got the soup and the fries, and it seemed to take forever and a day for those to come. While I will go back to the PPL Center I will not go back here.

This is a joke!
My husband got his cheesesteak and then 10 minutes later I got my burger. We still order fries which didn’t come before we ate our food. We heard from the waitress that “this is how our restaurant works, what’s ready first, comes out first” I don’t know what kind of a policy is that. But I won’t be coming back.

My husband and son were looking forward to trying this place based on a friend's recommendation. However, their experience was less than ideal. Their server, Sabrina; seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very attentive. My son's meal arrived promptly, but my husband's BBQ burger was completely forgotten. We had to wait quite a while before Sabrina made an appearance to tell her the issue with the order. It was a frustrating experience, considering this was their first time and heard amazing things about the place.

This place has so much potential, the service is slow, the menu is terrible, they don’t even have drinks on the menu. Like what drinks do you have? They also talk about their famous fries but don’t even mention regular fries. Come on guys, you can do better. I know a lot of people in the restaurant industry that buy and sell restaurants. Do better, this place has potential. Who ever runs these obviously half asses it. Do you want to make money? Or lose money?

Pizza was horrible, burger was alright.
Server had brought my friend's pizza, and just couldn't understand how to place the wooden tray. They had placed it where the handle rested on stack of plates, tipping the whole pizza.
My friend and I were bewildered at the lack of common sense.

Food was bland and they got my cheesesteak order wrong. Got buffalo chicken instead. Ate it as it took 20 mins to just get that with the drinks another 10 mins later. Had to find the waitress to get the check to leave.

Food was ok, nothing special. Two of the five people in our party ordered chicken tenders. Everyone else's food came and 20 minutes later they still didn't have their order. Took quite a while to find our waitress to ask about it. Apparently she never put that part of the order in. She didn't check in at all to see how our food was or if we needed refills. They gave us a free order of donuts to make up for the late food. I wouldn't go back.

Often dine here after Phantoms games to get some tasty crab fries and wings. Can get a little crazy on raffle nights, but still a fun time!

mixed experiences. Some where awesome, some were fine.

Food was decent. Went to pay the bill and the server messed up with how we split everything for are party of 5. All the cards were charged for different amounts and the waiter was just okay. Wouldnt recommended coming here.

The food was great, but the service was horrible. We got all our food and were still waiting on drinks. The waitress wasent attentive at all, which seems to be a theme here from the past experience I have had here.

The hot wings were one of the best hot wings I ever had. They were crispy and juicy and tender.p

Gave order all at once waited 25 min for drinks food came out in pieces one order came out waited 15 min for a side than waited 30 min for two other main meals total time in was 1 1/2 half hr was very disappointed never got one of the appetizers had to get waitress to get refill drinks and bill than still took 10 min never going again very up set they have gone down hill
