Chickie's and Pete's Express

Staff are lazy and clueless. They didn't have unseasoned fries, which should be an option, and the cheese was unusually different. There was a lot of dirt/random particles in my soda, and they filled it up with ice, which most restaurants do. Not returning here!

Sabrina is by far the best of the best employee. Her service and kindness are top tier. I hope she gets a raise.

You order on a kiosk and you a choice of a cheesesteak , buffalo tenders or regular chicken tenders, fries and fountain soda or bottled water. You get your own drinks- they didn’t have any ice in their machine. When the soda came out it was spewing black stuff and little black dots were in the inside of our cups. (Mold) They don’t call your order number but no one tells you that you need to go to the window to pick it up. If you want your fries unseasoned but still would like salt, they don’t have any salt. Not for you and not anywhere in the “restaurant”. The food was lukewarm and overpriced.

Crazy unorganized and it takes 45+ minutes to pick up counter-serve food. Everyone wants to get back to the rides, not sit in an hour long food line.

Chickie and Pete's, an overhyped disappointment. While the atmosphere may promise excitement, the food fails to deliver. The much-touted fries, while popular, fall short of expectations, the unpleasant arrangement of success in the fries leaves a lackluster taste in the mouth. The menu offers little variety beyond the standard fare, and the prices are unjustifiably high for what you get. Overall, Chickie and Pete's is a letdown, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

One of the few good places to eat at Dorney Park, which isn't saying that much but the portions keep getting smaller and I've been there. At least it doesn't times this summer and each time they've got the order wrong at least once. The only three entree items with one or two sides so not sure how they can keep getting it wrong. Like "do you want cheese on your cheese steak?"

8/12/23 The service was excellent with a smile I personally would like to thank Ashilee(bar) Alex(waiter) andThe manager who helped me get my id wallet that fell on the side of the bench ??‍♀️??????What a great time and the food was delicious ate 2xs in one day

In the worst decision since putting anchovies on their crab fries, Chickie’s and Pete’s decided to both stop selling beer at their “Bar” and double down on the decorating the Bar with Beer signs. So if you both love looking at lit up beer signs telling you all of thee beers you can not buy and sitting there not buying those beers, this is the place for you.

Waited half an hour in line for half of my order. Never got the shrimp I ordered. Do not eat here

Came here with my friend because we used to always go eat here when we were at Dorney. Food was awful - went right through us. Everything was cold and on top of that we waited 1 hour! They didn’t even call order numbers over the loud speaker. For 48$ I was expecting some good food but we will never be coming back here. get it together

Terribly rude host and management. Cold expensive fries. Horrible experience.

Waited for over a hour when they said it would be 45 minutes gave us half of our food forgot some items and then sent out a burnt cheesesteak after 25 mintes and gave my kids a pizza when my son bit into it there was an entire bay leaf or basil not sure horrible service asked for the manager was just as bad as staff DO NOT COME HERE

IT took a long time just to get in, Everything was a long wait it was only 2 machines to place your order. then you had to wait for your number to be call. the numbers was not in order. If i wasn't really hungry i would have walk off the line.

Was in with family to dine today after utilizing our season passes at Dorney. Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. Walked in and there was a line out to the door. (No big deal.) We waited approximately 30 min until making it to the hostess stand. A young gentlemen greeted us kindly and told us he was going to see if anything was available. The team lead Faith, then came up and immediately gave her associates attitude when they had questions. She never gave attention to us or welcomed us to the restaurant. I work in customer service and have for the last 5 years. You treat every customer the way you would like to be treated. Be outgoing, motivated and overall accepting of everyone. Moral of the story, we dined at this location and the food and service was horrendous. I understand this location is extremely understaffed, but it gives no excuse for the experience we encountered today. Please correct your issues so I can give your restaurant another chance. If not, this is a business that has great potential but will fail miserably in the near future
