The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Ive never ordered here and i asked a question and i feel this guy was just rude rushing me and pretty much not nice . Terrible experience. Guess ill order from somewhere else

The downfall of this restaurant is that they post the phone number so that people can call and place an order ahead of time to come over and pick up yet they never answer the phone or they pick it up and hang it up. Not very nice.

I never leave reviews, but I have to on this one. Worst Chinese I have ever had. I am worried I will get sick. The “white” rice was yellow and had the most putrid flavor. It revolts me to say I think there is a dead rotting, rodent in their rice cooker. I feel physically ill. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but the staff was unpleasant. They just stared at me when I picked up my order. No “thank you.” I will update if I get food poisoning. The only reason I tried this place is because Rice Family is closed on Mondays. Never again.

From the reviews my wife and I thought we try the one in Emmaus. We were disappointed. We ordered off the lunch menu. The prices were reasonable, but the food was mediocre. The fried rice had no taste. My chicken was tender and my Chinese vegetables were okay. We were never ask if we are eating in or takeout. The place smells of frying oil. The walls are dirty and the ceilng tiles were just as bad. Not a very inviting place to eat. Some of the building problems I would think it the landlord responsibility. But these conditions make me wonder about the rest of the management. We won't be eating here again.

I bought a small order of vegetable lo mein. When I gave it to my Mom there were a few thin strips of broccoli and pieces of mushrooms. I was disappointed because she said how she would get snow peas in it and more veges.

We had ordered our food and it came two hours later. The food was cold and disgusting. The Chicken with Broccoli, Beef and Broccoli and the Teryaki Chicken Sticks tasted like the most pungent seafood ever. The other dishes (lo mein and wanton soup) had absolutely no flavor. The person on the phone told us that the food was eight minutes away AN HOUR before it was actually delivered (we live less than 15 minutes away). The reviews sang this place's praises like the best Chinese restraunt in Allentown, but I URGE future customers to look at other options.
