I am traveling for business, and China Moon was referred to me by the front desk staff of my hotel. I ordered the bone in rib combo, and the chicken and broccoli lunch special. I found the delivery to be fast, and the quality of the food was very good. It arrived hot. The only drawback, for me, was that the ribs were tough, appeared over cooked and rather dry. There was not enough sauce or meat on the bones.

This was a good Place for Chinese food. Recently it has gone down hill. Most Recently we got food. The grease was sickening. I bit into an egg roll and the grease ran down my hand. The fried wontons were the same. We could not eat them either. I got violently sick on the food. I don't know what happened, but I need to find another place to get my Chinese food.

Ordered Won Ton Soup and Egg Rolls. Awesome !!! Loved the WT Soup. Different taste than other local Chinese take outs.

I am VERY unsatisfied. I NEVER write reviews neither. But tonight, I am. When placing an order.. make sure you repeat yourself, stating what you want. The lady was in a hurry taking my order I didn’t think anything of it until I got my order. I can’t afford to eat out often and when I get Chinese I just get PLAIN lo mein and vegetable fried rice.. mix it together. I opened my delivery very excited, after not eating all day to be NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED! They sent me vegetable lo mein and plain lo mein. I will never place an order from here again. When I called them back about my order the lady was rude she said that I didn’t order rice and was screaming. I didn’t even say anything. Hung up the phone. Their customer service is a 0 for me. No sure what everyone else is seeing

I ordered delivery the lady was extremely rude and kept ending call on my face before I finished, was yelling, and wasn’t kind at all. Delivery man was laughing in my face once confronted why delivery took over a hour. I’ve been a customer for a couple years now and the food is fresh and good but customer service needs to get better.
