Big kudos to the girl rocking the online orders, she wasn't here today when I got my very disappointing orders, meaning every time I brought in home a an absolute masterpiece, it must have been made by that very dedicated worker

Edit 4: chipotle chipotle chipotle! I gotta knock down some points for ya! got 9 tacos and they are all sloppy! sloppy and barely got anything in them! how are they $33 together? some are wet and sad, some have the ingredients on one side of the shell, looks like a mess! only one of them gets the pleasure of getting their own nice box but the rest are wrapped in foil? such horrible presentation, the quality is down hill.
And the burrito? its like yall gave me half of what the other guy has ordered, what is that!!
Not good looking!
Gotta say though, the tables are >>>always<<< a mess and the trash cans are horrid, always full, very bad look.
Edit 5: what an emotional rollercoaster! shoutout to the beautiful man who substituted a missing component for something of my choosing, this is a beautifully made burrito, with a good dap of quac that elevated this average boring and unenthusiastic burrito into a throwback to the past, the most tender and gentle loving burrito ive had in such a dreadful long time, i wouldnt even think i was still eating at chipotle to be honest.
This boy was beefy too! All that leaves good memories to return to the establishment once more.

Edit 6: 33 minutes late on the food like last time and watched a worker drop a customer's order label on the floor and then slap it back on the bag, pretty sure sure this violates food saftey

3rd time in a row I noticed the rice os half-cooked. It's not that hard to cook rice.
Bryan had served me my protein bowl, and he was very delightful. My chipotle was also SO delicious! Will be coming back thanks to his cheerful personality and the good quality of food!

This place is always dirty, the bathrooms are never clean, trash cans are overflowing and I don't think I've ever been in there once with anybody behind the counter with a good personality

Girlfriend mobile ordered and when I went to pick it up for her I decided to also place an order as well. There was like 8 people in line and no sense of urgency from the person putting together the food to actually serve anyone it seemed. Decided I wasn’t gonna eat there after the line hadn’t moved so got out of line and grabbed my girlfriend’s takeout and her meal was missing ingredients.

I was glad to see this location cleaned up since my last visit. The trash bins were emptied, the beverage area was clear of clutter, the tables had been wiped down and the floors looked less sticky. The actual food was great as usual even though the prices go up and portions diminish with each visit.

The dining room was a mess around 6pm on 4/30. Not a single clean table and rice/food crumbs all over the floor.
Please also ready/check the water (in the soda dispenser) it tasted quite bad.
On the positive side, The honey chipotle chicken was pretty good.

All I can say is go to Qdoba it’s just like chipotle but better. They have more topping options and they don’t charge for guac and they give you a fair amount of protein no need to double up and pay more. When I eat a Qdoba I’m always filled and content. When I stray to chipotle because of time heading to work and missing exit for Qdoba I end up with a meager bowl and not fully satisfied and paying a couple bucks more.Also Qdoba has an app where you scan each time you go and you get a free entree after several visits .

Don't know if there is a manager on staff but we just left 4/12/25:let me start off by saying the staff is miserable. We wanted NEW HONEY chipolte chicken , yoy would think when items start getting low the other miserable employees in the back would make more to stay in top of things . So we waited about 10 min while the miserable girls in the back started making more chicken and watched the staff up front keep reaching over our bowls that were prematurely made and getting cold and germ infested , while waiting for the chicken they ran out of black beans and had to also make that. Moral of the story we left. This place is poorly managed and the staff sucks .

I just left from this Chipotle and I literally get the same meal every day to the point where the staff already knows what I get there's a new manager there that basically deprived me of the that a customer deserves the way Chipotle is going they are going to continue to stiff people out of food while while raising their prices I don't know who this new general manager is but I don't even feel the need to argue with her because at the end of the day the customer is always right but since I'm not going to go back and forth what I will do is put it out there to let these people know not to go to this Chipotle ever again
Basically I went in there and I tried to ask for a double portion and she told me that I could not get a double portion because I wanted it in a cup because she thinks that somehow telling people that they can't get their double portion in a cup with somehow cut operating costs
