Chipotle is great when done right! Management is this establishment needs improvement. They run out of corn for a week straight , vinaigrette for the whole month & if you lucky you get 2 proteins to choose from & that's the ones no one really orders. Today specifically a young lady decided to say to me " we don't have enough people to make the food " that should NOT BE THE CUSTOMERS FAULT .BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR PRODUCT CHIPOTLE.

If my husband could give zero, he would.Move the sign to the DOOR that lets everyone know that you're only accepting orders through the application.He stood in line waiting 15 minutes only to find out he can not place a order in person.Multiple signs please.Poor customer experience.Not a good way to get a repeat customer.

They should consider closing this location after 8PM. My wife went in yesterday to buy us two veggie bowls and was charged for a full bowl even though they were out of veggies, pico, corn, chips, lettuce, sofritas. We paid $13 for a bowl of rice and beans and a side of guac (which is supposed to be free with the veggie bowl). The service was also horrendous; they forgot to put the second bowl in the bag and acted like they could care less about their lack of options. You go in excited and leave disappointed and let down, we ended up going to Mod pizza next door instead.

Took my wife there for her birthday dinner. We wanted the new chicken flavor and were given a sample to taste. When we tried to order it we were told we had to wait 5 minutes till it was ready and we would be called back in line. After 10 minutes I watched him serve 2 people the chicken. When I asked what about us I was told we had to wait...needless to say we left

The was the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. The trash was overflowing, the tables were crusted with food. There were dirty dishes everywhere. The employee who made our food pulled up his pants with his gloves on while making food. They were out of lettuce and chips.When we were done eating and waiting to use the bathroom an employee was in there for an extended period of time. When she emerged she was only rubbing hand sanitizer into her hands. There were no paper towels in the dirty bathrooms either.
Disappointed on more than one occasion by the location on Airport Road in Allentown PA. Several times they have forgotten my chips despite my order saying CHIPS on the ticket. Other times I was told “we are out of chips” during peak dinner hours (5-6pm). And most recently I was given a steak salad when I ordered a sofrita salad. As a vegetarian, I could have gotten very sick from eating steak. I am now concerned for people at risk of food allergies and special diets eating at this location as I believe there is little attention paid when making your order.

I stopped here fro lunch on 3/8/24. It looked busy, but I figured I would wait.... not going to lie-as I was waiting 20 minutes in line, I became frustrated. But, I figured I might as well wait it out at this point.I am very glad I did. All of the employees were doing a great job. The girl making the food was patient with me as I asked a question or two, and made my food very well. The gentleman and the register was very polite. They had a lot of to go orders, but had a separate set up to complete them.I also saw a girl taking temperatures of the food, and being in the food industry I was impressed.So basically, they were just that busy! This restaurant was run very efficiently and my food was terrific. I will be back
