My review is strictly commentary on one individual solely. This employee has glasses and wears a mask. I’m not quite sure how he was capable of addressing and handling all that was necessary as he had no support, but I am utterly impressed. His service, tone, and demeanor are of upmost professionalism. He will be the reason I will choose to return in contrast to other local chipotle stores!

Popular items (such as guac or fajitas) are out of stock most of time, especially during busy hours. Portions are extremely small compared to price you have to pay for them. Rice can be hard if left in tray for too long. Ordering delivery usually results in much smaller portions than waiting in line for half an hour to get a bit more food. Food is also contaminated with other food as they are in bins next to each other and often find a way in to each other. Cleaning solution for line also sometimes gets inside food creating an unwanted potentially dangerous taste. I’m not a fan of this style of restaurant as it delivers inconsistent results and you never know what you’ll end up with.

I ordered 6 tacos for takeout and they had one small spoonful of meat in each. Even the condiments I ordered on the tacos was scarce. I’ve gotten normal good size tacos from here before, but I think I’m done. Not when there’s a risk of this.

Consistent from state-to-state! Healthy and delicious can go hand-in-hand at Chipotle.
Some might consider a simple menu as limited or predictable or blah, but I like it, especially for my chicken bowl or steak burrito.
I like a simple base menu wherein I can customize.
When you are hungry, in a hurry and/or indecisive, it's nice to have Chipotle on the radar screen.
