Normally the food is pretty good but I got a thick piece of avacado in my burrito unmashed, I asked for chicken and beef and only got beef, plus it’s missing all the vegetables I asked for(ordered online)

We eat here relatively regularly (we go to church nearby, and Chipotle is one of a few celiac safe places I can eat for a quick Sunday lunch). The staff is always kind, but they seem perpetually understaffed. Often we are one of the first guests and the place is not clean...dirty tables, dirty bathrooms. And they really aren't ready to open - Tractor drinks still empty, missing utensils. Food is hit or miss. When I'm super hungry, we'll drive the extra to Quakertown or Cedar Crest for a more consistent experience. We were there on Sunday...chips were stale and oily, meat on my bowl was basically non-existent. Salsa was full of green hard tomato pieces. I think generally the issues here are due to understaffing, not work ethic, as the staff is always kind and helpful.

Each time I order on the app the portion get smaller and smaller. I pay for double protein and I barely get one. It has happened so many times already. WTH is wrong with ya.

i am a regular customer at this chipotle and every time i go the service is terrible. i went on july 1st at about 9pm and the gentleman making my bowl messed it up and then he proceeded to tell me that i can pick the item i didn’t want off of the bowl. this employee also proceeded to throw the food i ordered on the counter in front of me and storm off. the powers that be should definitely consider having a talk with this individual. and the majority of the time i order, whether it’s online or in person, they always are skimping out on portions or adding too much of certain items(such as hot sauce).

Yall call this double meat, I love chipotle, but ordering ahead is a joke. Why am I paying for extra to get 4 pieces of steak. You guys are so lazy when it comes to online orders portions.

Workers were giving attitude at the register and there were also no forks (shocker) and there was also somehow no ice? I rarely ever get good service from the workers here and they are all very rude and short with customers. would not recommend this location.
Super salty rice in two bowls, on two separate trips. The second time I told him about it and they did nothing like camping at least the salty bowls. I get this sort of thing happen, but to not take care of the customer after the fact required this review.

i never leave reviews but I’m sitting here eating my chipotle bowl with my chips and some of the chips i eat are stale.. like its physically impossible for me to chew through them because i get nauseous easily. kinda disappointed, but its not something id drive all the way back to complain for
