Great food here! Fresh, tastes great, and the employees are extremely kind. Like some of the nicest people Ive came across when getting takeout somewhere. One of my go-to spots!

1st time visitor. This place is healthy and delicious. We had a Large Spicy Thai Noodles with Tofu and a large Quinoa and Kale with extras. Food so go we had to go back the next day for a to go bag 😋. Facility very clean and comfortable for dine-in. All the options and toppings offered are incredible. Wish they would open a store in the Stroudsburg area.

For a cafeteria-style restaurant, this place is really good. The employees I've encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean incuding the kitchen and dining areas, the floors, and bathroom. I had the Korean BBQ Pork Wrap and thought it was very good and fairly priced. The restaurant offers healthier food options which is also nice.

Went in looking to have a healthy lunch, they have plenty of options to choose from. Upon paying for my tri tip steak salad, I noticed a very unhealhty option crawling out from under the register, a ROACH! Well thats $15 now in the trash. I should have asked for a refund, but in the flurry of rushing around on lunch break and running errands my brain didn't process the bug until after I drove away. Core Eatery, please do better you have plenty of staff to keep the place clean. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. I will not be back to see if you improved but you owe it to future customers to serve fresh food in a clean and healthy environment!

The staff here were very rude. The teriyaki chicken bowl limited time special was so salty I had to throw it away.

I purchase food from here a lot and it's usually good but a few days ago I had a bad experience. Something in the bowl had gone bad..it was kinda gross/sour but they were nice enough to compensate me with a free smoothie but then when I tasted that,it was watery and hardly any blueberries( it was a blueberry smoothie) I always get the blueberry smoothie and it's usually very good..I was disappointed. Pls do better.

Recently food has been mediocre and smoothies are not always made well. Proper training is required for employees and monitoring of food temperatures.

I highly recommend Corelife Eatery. This is a healthy option for your lunch. You can choose between salads bowl, soup, bourito, all delicious ? and prepared fresh daily. The staff os friendly. Recommend it ?

My manager introduced my workplace to eat at this restaurant and I AM SO GRATEFUL SHE DID!!! She drove the 15-20 minutes out to this place to get us lunch AND IT IS SO WORTH THE DRIVE.

Absolutely amazing menu and LOTS of options for those of us conscientious of eating healthy!

Candid on nutrition profiles/calories, and store looked very clean from my observation.

Only thing I'm really upset about is that there's not one closer to where I live/work.

Every time we are up in the area we go to dorney park and then end our day here. After a day of fun and junk for we enjoy coming here for a detox and great healthy food. Everything is delicious and the quality never changes!

Store is very dirty! Walked in at 5pm, no customers, staff standing in a corner hanging out. But, every single table has food debris, food on the floors. The more you sit and look, the worse it is. Old good debris on the walls. For an empty store you would thing the staff has time to keep this place clean. Before I noticed these things, ordered the Korean bbq bowl and had to request fresh meat as the server was using the tongs to scrape the meat off the bottom of the service tray to put in my bowls. Definitely will not go again.
