The food is very good and the service is good if you go in person. Using their third party delivery service has been disappointing. Your order is never correct, items you pay extra for don’t arrive. I don’t know if they are short staff or people don’t read. You call and request the items or try to get a refund and you’re given the run around. I’ve tried multiple times to order from there hoping the cook or the person that prepares the food will get it right and it’s...

"I had a fantastic experience at Crispy Halal! The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and they answered the phone in a second.
