The food is very good and the service is good if you go in person. Using their third party delivery service has been disappointing. Your order is never correct, items you pay extra for don’t arrive. I don’t know if they are short staff or people don’t read. You call and request the items or try to get a refund and you’re given the run around. "I had a fantastic experience at Crispy Halal! The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and they answered the phone in a second. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the three dishes I ordered. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving Crispy Halal a visit. It's definitely worth it!"

The food is always good here. Haven't had an issue with the food. Modifications are always met and always looks presentable. Service can sometimes be good or bad. I normally eat late nights here and the service can feel aggressive. Overall I do recommend eating here but just don't let the service get under your skin
