Today after a long day of work I came home and order a family meal from here. They hurt my heart because I never had this issue with them. I called and gave my address and phone number and they bought it over. Once I looked at my chicken and realized how hard and dry the chicken was I tried my best to eat it. The kids wouldn’t even eat it. The skin was soooooo hard I couldn’t help but call and say something. When I called back the same lady that took my order had me repeat my number and address 3 times when it only took once for me to order it . She told me she’d call me back. When they called back a male answered the phone to “translate”. I told him the chicken was dry and it had to been old. She says it was fresh. So I took the L cause I wasn’t gonna go back n forth over chicken. He says have a good day. That broke my heart because have a good day ? What do you mean ? I spent $25 on food that I can’t eat. We did eat the rice beans and salad tho. But Cuchifrito never again. Ever again in life.

I've ordered food there before, and I ordered normal sized platters and got way more than enough. Which was great. I ordered today for the first time. Large size platters, which was $12. I got the same amount inside the $12 platter that I would have gotten in the regular size platter of food. It only came with rice of your choice. And one meet when I order the regular size platter. I get the rice and I get the pork. This time I got the rice and the pork. The amount of pork they gave me was an insult. It was so small for all that rice that they put in there. And they gave me a small amount of pork, which was an insult to pay $12. And then at the end, when I'm checking out, the lady tells me $27 for 2 platters $,12 platters. And then they, I look at my receipt, and it says, twenty nine dollars. So they included their own tip without my permission. I brought it to the lady's attention. She apologized says she would give me back my $2 in cash. I told her go ahead and keep it. Since they already added it without my permission this time that I went. I don't know if I'll go back. Because for the amount that I paid $29 for 2 platters with all this rice. Then, I was ordering tripe to go over my rice tripe. Soup, she gave me like 2 spoonfuls, and then it was full of juice, and I looked at her and told her that's it. And she said, you want more so she asks the lady, can she give me more? Are you serious? I'm paying for this and you gave me 2 spoonfuls of juice with a little bit of tripe and vegetables and this is at 1:45. So the food is out and it should be fresh. There should be no excuse for that unacceptable.

Went here with a couple friends after hearing good things, and overall it was a solid experience. The food felt very home-style and comforting, especially the rice and beans which were seasoned really well. Portions were decent for the price, so you don’t leave hungry. The staff was friendly enough and checked in without being over the top. It did get a little busy, so the wait was slightly longer than expected, but nothing too crazy. Music and vibe made the place feel lively and authentic. Not everything blew me away, but nothing disappointed either.

Customer service ABSOLUTELY disgusting. She dismissed me in a heartbeat. She said she was busy. I asked her for her name. I introduced myself. I spoke in spanish and English. I said I speak English better. She speaks perfect English as well. I asked about blood sausage, pasteles, arroz Blanco and beans in Spanish and English. Being dismissed so quickly. I wouldn't recommend customer service. Food I don't know she dismissed me like a heartbeat. Dios mio.. Dios de. Bendiga.. God bless ✨️

I went with a friend to a small Dominican restaurant last weekend and it was a nice suprise. The place isn’t fancy but it feels kinda cozy, like a neighborhood spot where folks actually know each other. I had the pollo guisado with rice and beans and the flavors were really solid, nothing over the top but just good home style cooking. My friend got mofongo and said it was pretty tasty too, maybe a little heavy but thats normal. Service was friendly enough even if things came out a bit slow, I didn’t really mind. Prices felt fair for the portions. Overall I’d defintely go back when I’m in the mood for something hearty and simple.

The employees treat you like trash. Way too expensive. Making you pay for a teaspoon of salsa. The food isn’t even that good. Never going again. Use to be great but now not even enjoying it.

Undoubtedly, The worst Bacalao Codfish stew I've ever had in my life! It looked like mashed porridge and was completely bland and flavorless. The potatoes were just mush and the cod was completely broken down into micro flakes. Just awful! It's almost like they tried to make it as horrible as possible.
