Very average Indian food. We are vegetarians and didn’t enjoy their vegetarian spread as much. Maybe their non-veg items are better. The masala dosa we got was very dry with masala flatted out across the entire surface of dosa inside. The sides weren’t as good either. Their rose milk and double ka meeta were good. The one other thing I didn’t like was the use of plastic cups for chutneys and a few other items.

We discovered Cumin 'N Eat while passing through the Allentown area. If I lived nearby, it would be a regular for us. Their Samosa Chat was the best chat I've ever had. I was thinking of a shrimp dish and the waiter steered me toward the Shrimp Korma. Oh man, it was scrumptious! We also had a delicious dosa and garlic naan. We like our Indian food somewhat spicy (but not "spicy" by Indian standards). It was all made perfectly to our taste.
The other aspect of my review is the extra service they provided to me personally. I left my shoulder bag on the table without any ID inside. I called a couple days later and they had the bag and sent it to me for free via USPS, refusing to take my offer to pay the postal charges. I wish them continued success and I look forward to getting up to Allentown for more.

Great quick service. The flavor and seasonings in their food is terrific. Portions need to be larger. But this food is good. I've only had takeout. You cannot be seated unless you have a reservation even if the entire place is empty when you go in.

I went here after picking my daughter up from college on a Thursday evening. I hate traffic and didn't want to sit in more. So, we went to eat to let traffic calm down. The hours on the door are wrong. It was open, though the times on the door suggested they were closed. When I went in, I was met by a man who asked how he could help me. I said a table for 2, please. He asked again, and I responded again. This went on a few times before I snapped and said I'm leaving, unfortunately, using some profanity in there. I truly feel bad about that, but I was having a terrible day, and I overreacted. Another employee stopped me and asked me what happened and gave me a table. He was very friendly and attentive. We had an order of samosas to share, which were great. She had the fish majestic. She said it was great and I have to take her word for it, I don't eat fish. I had the butter chicken. It was somewhat different than I've had before. The chicken wasn't as tender as I'm used to, but the flavor was great. I was not a fan of the garlic naan. It was too thin and crispy for my taste. Overall, it was very good and I will try it again.
