My mom and I went to Da Judah today after hearing my mom rave about their food. I didn’t know what to expect but one thing I can say for sure is that I understand why my mom spoke so highly about the restaurant. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner and beautiful music that mentally takes you on a trip to Kenya. The atmosphere was so inviting that it almost felt as if I was going over to an aunt or family friend’s house for a dinner party. I ordered the beef samosas, chickpea samosas, red snapper, goat egusi, beef stew with fufu, and all three of their homemade juices. If I could give a rating of 1000/100 I would. The food was immaculate! I highly recommend the samosas, red snapper, and the house made juices, especially the passion fruit and watermelon juice. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant and definitely will be visiting Da Judah for again in the future.

The cook was nice. The food was great! I didn't feel cheated for the amount of food I got at it's price, very reasonable. I didn't see they had mdazi until after I ordered but it smelled good and I'll be back to try some next time I'm in the area.

This place was clean, great authentic music ? the staff was pleasant and attentive. The own/chef greeted us and checked on us. Now the food was amazing. It was served hot. We had the beef samosas, they were delicious. The goat stew had just enough heat the beef stew was on point served with yellow vegetable rice & collard greens. The greens were amazing mixed with spinach. We had the wet fish and it was huge. Great portions. You leave satisfied. Over their selection of traditional ginger drinks. Will definitely dine here again.

Hands down best food I’ve had in months. We got the nayama choma with jollof rice and the wet fish with fufu. Both dishes were delicious and huge portions. To those who don’t do spice, the jollof rice does have a kick (small but it’s there). For those who love spice, they have hot sauce and spicier dishes. I could hear a customer sniffle over their hot pepper soup from the spice and I’m very excited to try that next visit. The in-house juices were very tasty, we got the mango-pineapple and hibiscus-ginger.The lady serving us was kind and attentive, I think her name was Tina. Amazing lady! The price for the amount of food and the quality of food you get is very fair. We honestly could have just gotten one dish and split it between the two of us and still been bursting at the seams. My only wish is that I lived closer to eat this more often!

This was my first time trying african food and im so glad we chose this place to go to. Service was so welcoming, our waitress was the sweetest person, even the other patrons made us feel right at home here. The red snapper was actually amazing, and the jollof was so flavorful. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. PLEASE go here you won’t regret it ??

First time visiting here. The owner and cook is a kind lady that gave us recommendations of fresh juice and beef samosas. The owner's daughter happily answered any questions that me and my husband had because it was our first time trying African food. The curried cabbage was great. My husband had cassava leaves dish and I had a Goat Egusi. Both dishes came with fufu. The smell was captivating and every bite was a new flavor in our mouths that made us want to eat more. Every bite was an adventure. The next day, I heat up my leftovers for lunch and my husband was eating a few bites of the goat egusi and fufu. He said it's like cannot stop eating, every bite is a new flavor.
