If I could give a 0 I would. 4 employees on the floor and I couldn’t even get a “Hello” or “How are you, give me a minute” nothing, no type of acknowledgment, talk about customer service!! Came to pick up my order and they didn’t even have the item, didn’t get a phone call/heads up, instead waited for me to show up to then start my order. On top of that, the blonde chick in the front, with the nasty attitude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience nor did she seem to care, just back and forth on her phone. Now the young Spanish gentleman in the back did apologize when he handed me the order, thank you for that, at least someone seems to want to work there. Don’t work with people if you have no people skills!!!

Dominos needs to cut this franchise... just revoke the lisencing. I just watch a kid tuck his shirt in both hands down his pants front to back right behind the counter then proceed to start working on orders cutting a pizza so I yelled at him that he can't be sticking his hands down his pants then touching people's food and he acted like I'm the problem... I've got stories on stories about this place but this was for sure the one that made me wonder what's going on behind closed doors.

Ordered online for 7:30 pick up had to wait until after 8:00 to be ready. Making the deadline that I needed to be at for our group. Very disappointing to say the least.

Horrible experience! Told to wait 10 minutes when my order was made 10 minutes prior to girl with blonde hair saying that based off the app saying “Payton finished your order! 🔥” and then still proceeded to wait another 15 minutes because I paid! Horrible horrible horribleeeee

If the staffing is this down bad, just close the store earlier. Ordered at 11:30, called at 12:30 after being on hold for 7 minutes and was told it with an attitude that it would be another entire hour before it was even prepped. Asked for the refund and to have it cancelled and just got a “Yup” and was hung up on.

This has to be the worst Domino’s restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here, it’s not worth it. Just drive the extra minutes to a good quality Domino’s restaurant.
I ordered about a week ago and received the wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and they told me to send a picture of the pizza to a number and they will process my refund, a week later no refund. I called the store and the gentleman on the phone told me to call after 5:30 when the store manager gets in but of course no one answers the phone. This specific location is run down and poorly managed, please believe the reviews and don’t order from here.

This is the worst Domino's I ever order pizza from they don't understand English when you speak to them in English then they try to speak to you in Spanish when a person doesn't know Spanish that's on the other end it took them an hour to get my pizza to me cuz I had to tell them five different times with my address was and they still got it wrong this is the worst please I ever order pizza from I would never ever order from Domino's ever again now we understand why the owners will make so much money because they rip people off thank you Domino's have a wonderful blessed day you suck
