I am all about service! Wish I caught his name. I picked up curbside and was greeted so politely by a gentleman holding my order. He asked how my day went as this was evening time, handed me my order, ensured it was put down safely then wished me a great night! So genuine this young man was! Keep up the great work!!

I love as we waited. I saw a driver pull up n immediately after a worker opened the door with the next delivery. Great team work. Also, I noticed an older gentleman driver getting his car ready, and he was in a zone with his music .... I loved it.

today I just called and somebody refused to take my order because I wanted to do the mix and match it just became a new rule this week that I have to order online and I've been a customer this for a while this the only Domino's I can call to that comes to my house and the girl was nothing but nasty to me I can't wait to tell the manager I will show up there tomorrow and make a report they have very poor customer service and I know it's a new worker because every time I order from there everyone's nothing but nice .

Worst experience of my life and will literally never order dominos again. Ordered pizza pretty late I’ll admit. Placed my order at 12:40am (they close at 2) and I live 1.5 miles away and was quoted 35-41 minute… 1:30am rolls around, still no order, then 1:45. I tried calling the store a handful of times just to get an eta or see if they’re lost because my area can be confusing for drivers and no one answers. I decide to drive there (it’s now 1:59 when I walk in) my food is still not ready. I ask for it to be cancelled and leave. They say nothing the entire time. Not one word except “what was the address”. They “delivered” my pizza at 3:04am (ring camera) after I’m already sleeping at that point and the next morning I wake up to half of it all over my door step the other half still boxed. Called to speak to the manager the next morning 3 times and no one answers. I call once from my bf’s phone and they magically pick up the first ring. After asking for the manager, the person on the phone stated they were the manager and after asking for their name they reply “tell me what the issue is first” I say “I have a guest complaint and am planning to also call corporate about my whole situation so far so can I have your name?” They say “so call them” and hung up. The whole point here is I never cared as much about my order taking long as I did the unprofessionalism of the people who work here and absolute nerve they had to show up at my house an hour after they close (and I cancelled the order) just to leave food on my door. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

This business sucks. I live 5 minutes away from three of the Dominos restaurants and they turned me down on my order because they said I live too far. Smfh don't support this business. Lazy people work here I could imagine how filthy those placese could be ?????
I don’t even give the service a zero star. I ordered by phone for pick up and when I got there the person who called him “ the closest to a manager “ told me he doesn’t have my order at all and I should leave the store because if I’m not willing to wait for another hour.

Had an order sent from phone without knowing when on the app and made the order via phone call. When arrived, the first order that magically appeared was done and handled right away. The manager running the pack was awesome! She fixed our order, we got our new pizzas, and they gave us the messed up order. It was fast, efficient, and busy but was handle with great customer service! To the manager who was in charge and yelling roles to team players to keep the place running smoothly, you're awesome and appreciated!

Never delivered my food. Asked for help with directions. After giving directions it never showed up. They then told me my order was for a different restaurant and that the driver was back(it wasn't. Same store uber eats called. And why would they look for me to bring me food if they didn't get my order?). And then stopped answering my calls and ubereats calls

Absolute best service from Alex the General Manager at this Dominos restaurant. Hands down friendliest customer service and best made wings and pizza made. Wouldn’t go to any other dominos but this location. Huge shoutout to the workers there they work very hard with a positive attitude never had any issues or complaints. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOMINOS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD FOOD OR LATE NIGHT SNACKS.
