My cheesteak was horrible the meat was chopped up so much it was like ground beef I’m from Philly so cheese on the top is strange to me unless it’s a Pizza steak I asked for pickles and lettuce didn’t get the lettuce just some thin dead glowing pickles green all underneath the cheese not the crispy crunchy pickles those then dead ones asked for mayo didn’t get that either never again Jacks Pizza had the best Cheese Steak ever had and I will stick with them

I went to place an order. The lady who answered didnt know how to take an order. She said Oh My God and the phone went silent. It was silent for a minute or 2. I decided to hang up. I called back because I was hung up on. When I called back to tell them I was hung up on. He said No you hung up. I said the lady who answered didnt know how to take an order and right before she hung up she rudely said OMG. I will never order from them again. Loved the paninis but I will not be spoken to like that.

Customer service is trash ! The guy was rude when asked about the specials online , apparently he doesn't have them anymore so clearly don't go by what it says on the website. I love to support small businesses but this is one I'll never go to again.

Had this for dinner for the first time I ordered the garlic knots and large pizza, the garlic knots were great, could of had a hint more garlic flavor but the way they were done definitely made them worth the experience. And the pizza was light and fluffy with amazing flavor. Definitely ordering again
It’s been a while since we ordered pizza from Drake’s as another local pizza shop near Moravian earned our business due to great pizza… but we decided to give Drake’s another go for convenience as we live close. However, they have not improved their pizza and sadly will be the last order for a long time again.
Drake’s crust is extremely dense! It’s like chewing cardboard compared to other pizzerias in the Lehigh Valley! We bought 3 pizzas and barely ate one as the crust was so bad.
Their pizza dough needs to be re-formulated! It needs more yeast to generate more CO2 and create a lighter and crispier crust!
Also a few tweaks to their sauce will make a better flavor profile too.
This is why I can only offer a 3-star review. I hope they will improve.

They have really good Gluten Free Pizza! There regular pizza, calzones and stromboli are very good and they have lots of toppings choices
