So we were more than a little disappointed to find out that even though their menu clearly shows chocolate cake donuts I was told by an employee and the store manager that chocolate cake donuts are not available at this location. I asked if that was a franchise decision the manager could not answer that question for me Just kind of confusing. I think before you order the donuts, it should be disclosed that none of their specialty donuts were available and they do not serve chocolate cake donuts at duck donuts very disappointed. I think this is a very bad franchise move. I could not imagine this business doing well for very long But what do I know? I’ve been a business owner my entire life and just happened to graduate Antique at one of the largest culinary school in the world I think this place has a ton of potential, but unfortunately they’re doing it wrong kind of makes me wanna open up next to them. You never know good luck duck donuts.

My first visit to a duck donut on 10/17/24, and I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the service. The lady who was taking my order, seemed quite distracted and upset and made me start my order over again after I gave it to her very clearly the first time. She commented to a fellow employee that she wishes the day was over already and it was only 20 minutes after the store had open. Got to say not a great experience here at the Allentown duck donut.

This is not your average donut shop. Apart from their unique variety of toppings and combinations of flavors, the donuts are pillow soft and delicious on their own.

We ordered the blueberry, apple, vanilla sprinkle, maple bacon doughnuts, and a cold brew iced coffee. The doughnuts were delicious! However, the coffee tasted like watered down, day old coffee. I love that the emphasis was placed on the doughnuts. However, I feel that some attention to decor would help to make this location more inviting. Also, the doughnut machine was filthy.

This was by far the biggest waste of money. All donuts are made the same but with different toppings. No filled donuts and nothing I couldn't make at home for a lot less money. The frosting left a greasy aftertaste in our mouths. For 2.25 per donut.....well let's just say it wasn't worth 1.25. I don't care for Dunkin donuts but I'd spend the money there before I would come back
The first time I tried a duck donut, I was hooked on them. I got there in the afternoon and they weren't very busy. The staff was helpful and they got my donuts ready in a timely manner and I was on my way. The donuts were good. I would stop again when I'm in the area.
The service was amazing, and the donuts looked delicious and warm, but they where not fluffy as I expected them to be. It felt like I was just eating dough. Don’t recommend.
