“A DIFFERENT DUNKIN made 2 sandwiches wrong and made my iced coffee with tea. I was on my way to airport road. Went into THIS Dunkin on airport road and they KNEW it wasn't their cup but fixed it for me anyway. (I didn't try to trick them I just said another Dunkin made this with tea. They said yeahhh that's not our cup)That man fixed my whole day and attitude. Thank you thank you thank you! I TRULY appreciate your kindness, you did not have to do that. You could have turned me away, this wasn't your problem at all. Thank you again. You made my day“
“It depends what DD you go to. The one on S. 4th. Street...no booths to sit. Just a couple of stools or you can lean on the counter. Not comfortable to stay and enjoy. I didn't get anything, I didn't stay. The DD on Airport Rd. has booths and tables. More comfortable for paying customers, and service is more friendly.“
“The only thing I didn't like was when the manager was sweeping the trash towards me as I was using the ordering machine as if I wasn't there, then sweeping as all of us in the store were eating. It was kicking dirt in the air. I can understand if it was a cloth push mop broom. That's my only complaint.“

“Man at the counter was friendly. I did not notice a drive thru so I went in. I browsed the selection and noticed the small donut holes. The price each for 5 was less than price each for 10. The math didn't seem to give an equal or better price in bulk. I didn't snatched a pic of the sign and it was really early, if process are updated is be happy to adjust review. Great place to buy coffee, my dad liked the coffee. The tea was good ?

“My favorite Dunkin in the area. Sandwiches are always on point and they don't skimp on the bacon by any means. Never have an issue with my order and it always is ready in a timely manner. I have a Dunkin right down the road from me and I will still drive the extra few miles to come here because they do such a great job here.“
“A couple years ago I would be saying bad things about this Dunkin Donuts. I guess there's a new owner and a bunch of new staff. Chi-Chi, Jessica and 2 other ladies that work there are great. I love seeing there smiles and pleasant attitudes every time I go there.“

“I'm visiting a friend who told me Dunkin' donuts closes at 10:00 in Allentown, PA. I refused to believe it and found this location on Google open 24 hours. Awesome! I was able to get the gift card that I wanted to get for my friend. Check out with smooth and easy albeit was done through drive-thru. The associate was attentive and polite.“
“The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.“
