I am a every day costumer there and it seen that the lady that it was today at the window feb 1, 2025 at 734 I asked on the window for 2 snacking bacon and she charge me for both and only put one inside my bag. 🤦‍♀️ will try to go less to this location and go to the one near my job. SMH

HORRIBLE.
Says 24 hours, I ordered around 2 am after work. Waited there for 20 minutes knocking on doors yelling in drive through speaker. NO ONE WAS THERE.. ordered again during the day and put 5 creams 5 sugars in my coffee, only 1 cream was put in. This isn’t a one time thing, they make their coffees weird.

Did a mobile order and showed up to pick up and no one was working. All lights on and not a person in the building and haven’t been able to get a refund for the money that was taken for the order I never received .

Got my order wrong. Ordered two kiwi watermelons w/ lemonade. Handed me one and a hot drink. Then gave me a kiwi watermelon w/ lemonade and one w/ green tea, when BOTH were supposed to be lemonade.
Owner is great , workers not so much. Need better service.

The guy who works the night shift, brown ponytail and glasses. Always wearing them nasty shorts with the crocs that’s turned inside out is DISGUSTING and should be fired immediately. He doesn’t want to work, literally stood in the store pretending to sweep after completely ignoring numerous people in the drive through. Very nasty attitude every time I come here after 6 pm.

Totally unprofessional, they young kids working there were hiding so people wouldn’t order. Waited at the mic for 20 minutes than passed by the window to see them running to hide. Get better employees.
