Only one employee working ? After waiting in line 15 minutes with ZERO progress clearing the 5 customers ahead of me I had to bail out. Where is the manager / franchise owner when staff is short handed? Clear from my experience and other reviews that there is no concern for the customer . Why would Dunkin’ corp tolerate this ? Must be endorsed top down and guess good idea to avoid anyunfamiliar Dunkin’s when on the road.

Beware, this is the worst Dunkin ever!!! After waiting way longer than is reasonable you will get a drink that’s not even half way close to what you ordered and when you ask one of the workers for the drink you actually wanted and paid for you will get a nasty attitude. I’d like to say this was a one time occurrence but nope, it’s the norm.

When I order my coffee they don't give me exactly what I asked for sometimes my coffee tastes like milk or if not it's tastes straight up like coffee and only coffee. Sometimes it even tasted like chocolate milk . They are really cheap with the ice very cheap.

I've stopped there a cpl days now tht the one on Hamilton Closed down Other than being a bit slow during the a.m. work rush & it has No Drive-Thru it's a typical Dunkin' not many other choices on my way. Definitely Not a fan of fancy Starbucks ☕Dietary restrictions: Not a lot for non pork Sandwiches
