My boyfriend and I recently went to this place and we try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time we seem to go here they’re always missing something and the food is burnt. I ordered a maple bacon, croissant sandwich and the croissant was burnt, like I mean, black, and it was burnt on the bottle. I understand if they’re going through hard times, but the staff needs to be better trained part of that has to do with management. Like it’s to the point where it’s getting ridiculous either train your staff or hire a new people. I’m tired of coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts and food is either missing or is burnt. And sometimes they give us the wrong food item thank God I’m not allergic to anything but if I was, I’ll be dead from this Dunkin’ Donuts. please I mean PLEASE GET THIS STAFF TOGETHER next time this happens I will be speaking to corporate

My least favorite location. I don't like how napkins get crumpled up and shoved to the bottom of the bag. Today I got a burnt ham Swiss croissant ...need to do better!
Better than most Dunkins in my area. It's my first time here. I rarely go through Dunkin anymore since they don't make doughnuts on site anymore and most of them have very poor service

Ordered/paid for a medium and got a small. Tasted good. The employee who took my order showed no interest nor emotion and another behind the counter looked (facial expression) like she was having the worst day of her life.
